JT, Three people with Carpal Tunnel is better than one with Carpal Tunnel, one with weird canker sores and one with strange hemmoroids.

  7. Great videos, Martijn. Thanks for sharing! Justin My Homepage
  8. I got started at Fort Benning. They seemed to use the push-ups method. Jump school, and my active duty jumps were all static line. After I got out, I eventually found the time and money to get into it as a civilian, by doing AFF. Justin My Homepage
  9. Aww. You done hurt my wittle feewings. Even though I was a participant in the recent "thread shitting", and would have been blocked, I still like the idea. There are some people who are always obnoxious, as opposed to those of us that are occasionally obnoxious. I like to stress the difference. It makes me feel better about my intermittant horrible behaviour. Heya, Mountainman! Justin My Homepage

  11. It may seem strange to you, but I have no interest in learning how to fly a plane. For me, it is too mechanical. Hang gliding and gliders sound much more fun if I'm considering a way to stay up in the air for awhile. Of course, I think all of you should go ahead and learn to fly. Then buy planes, so I can jump out of all of them.
  12. "You run one time, you got yourself a set of chains. You run twice, you got yourself two sets. You ain't gonna need no third set 'cause you're gonna get your mind right. And I mean RIGHT." I LOVE that movie! Justin My Homepage

  16. I figured it wasn't 1900, but wasn't sure if it was 80 or 90. You have been doing this awhile.... You're probably almost ready for your SOS#, right? Justin My Homepage
  17. Ann, I'm good on the clothing. It was the regulations part I had questions about. As to what I wear, so far I haven't jumped in weather below freezing on the ground, so I've been okay with moderate stuff. I have 3mm neoprene gloves, which work great. My body and feet are always okay inside my jumpsuit, wearing sweats or something. I jump an open-face helmet, but I have a polypro ski-mask sort of thing. It doesn't completely block wind, but it helps. The gloves were the biggest issue, because hands can get cold really fast. Justin My Homepage
  18. How did I know you would go there. It was inevitable.
  19. Hey Viking, Just curious. Are those are scanned color prints or pics from a digital camera? Nice stuff! Justin My Homepage
  20. I know that it is possible, but didn't know about regs or guidelines from USPA or some such. Is it just at the DZO's discretion or something? Justin My Homepage
  21. I don't remember seeing anything in the SIM about requirements for cold weather jumping. One day at the DZ, they said we couldn't jump until it got warmer, and it made me wonder about what the official deal is. Assuming that enough people are willing to jump to fly the plane, is there a reason why the temperature is a problem? I know you have to wear the appropriate clothing and such, but that is possible. I'm talking about say... -10F to about 40F, not Siberia. Justin My Homepage
  22. I already had my top 10 list done on my website, so this was easy: Bladerunner Clockwork Orange Cool Hand Luke The Shawshank Redemption Fantasia Fantastic Planet Apocalypse Now Pulp Fiction The Blues Brothers Goldfinger (or other James Bond movies) We have a lot of other "Top 5" and "Top 10" lists on our website, including lots of amusing (to us at least) misc. categories. http://www.jennandjustin.com/aboutus-lists.asp Justin My Homepage
