yup Im still on here. My Battalion has been to KTC for the last 31 days. Still going to Hawaii (May15-Jun3) When u PCS'ing and what part of Hawaii will you be in durring the move. (u are going through hawaii right) EDIT: spelling as usual!!

since we are chating about anything. My Grandfather was a gunner aboard the USS Boise(1941-1944)-Passed away Mar 05 2004. My father was a corporal U.S. Army in Germany 1970-1972. Me Ive served 3 years in germany(2000-2003) and 6 months so far in Korea.(sergeant) I can guess what my son will do (when I have one) when he reads into the family history.

Well I've herd its 8 hours ahead of atlantic time. So that would be 12 or so hours ahead of pasific time. Im from Oregon and I dont know for sure? I do know that when its the afternoon here its the midldle of the night at home(the previous day) A fellow Mil brother- What branch MOS??

I definately want to meet someone through DZcom. Most girls freak out and want nothing to do with me because I jump. Even though I only have 40 jumps. That # will be increacing in the near future. I always try to recruit girls into skydiving but they want nothing to do with it. Mabye I should stop recruiting?

When we get to altitude the air has a unique smell to it(you all know what im talking about) That smell gets my heat beat up. And I love it. EDIT: (sp)

Damn right your lucky.. ENJOY! I was in England with the US Army/ Special Forces the month of October 2002. Most of the time was spent in Walse actualy. We where pretending to be arabs while they where practicing kindnaping key targets!

Exactly the same thought I had. Im not talking about wearing a 2nd reserve. Im wondering if anyone has packed and intentional malfunction in there main.(line over, severe line twists, etc.) Just so they can have a cutaway?

At what point do I get my first rig. Definately after you complete AFF. find out what size works for you and go for it!

aw gag, um army coffee.. it is horible yet all you get when you are in the brush. With my Military Ocupational Specialty most of the time I get it its coold. But the caffeene(sp) is still there. Now whenever I smell coffee I think of being in the middle of nowhere, laying in the dirt, calling up a SIT REP!

courtesy of the army? GN, 82nd, 101st? I've set a personal goal, I wont get out of the army until I get on the Golden Nights or I'm to old to get on the team. Now I just need to get to the states. I've been in 4 years, all over seas.

Camp Casey. Actualy camp Hovey, but its really part of casey so no differance. Its abought 8 miles from the Demileterized Zone. So we are prety far up North. Why? U been here before? EDIT: another DZ.commer (NBLOOD) is here with me. so we are both suffering. But he is a Major and I'm only a sergeant so he makes enough $ to be happy not jumping

After reading posts about how cuttaways equal experience I was just wondering if any one has or had thought about packing an intentional Mal. Peraonaly I have thought about it, then smacked my self up side the head for thinking that. I would never do It! How about the rest of you?

ah, you mean the drinky girls. first of all they dont speak english so you cant carry a conversation. and secondly they are working!!! now if your objective is a nut, then yeah they work. for about $50. Im to the point I want to lay my canopy behind me and RUN off the roof of my baracks... All my friends have cameras waiting for that!!!

Yeah its been posted many times before. I havent jumped since 25 OCT 2003. in one month I will be in hawaii and able to jump my ass off. Cant wait. how long was it been for YOU!
