I realize this is photography, but part of camera is building helmets I have come to realize. My Havok is falling apart and I've had similar problems with my Optik. All of the velcro keeps coming out of the helmet and the vent screen (Jeanie isn't returning e-mails right now, at least to me). What is the consensus on the type of glue to use to stick the velcro back into the helmet? It looks like silicone was the original compound used that didn't cut the mustard. I would crop it down like this as close to the helmet as possible and fill it in with silicone/latex caulk (green). Snaggadelic is good in Austin Powers movies, but quite bad on camera helmets...
