Oh no, you have never been pushed out of a king size bed by Skeet and Flea Flyer in cahoots. I dont even have a SUV, but Skeet does, he lets me drive. I had it detailed. Everyone knows I am the Authoritiiii on Animals. (congrads on the Issue guy) Everyone here has issues... *sHUT uP.... Dang it... talking about the kids* see picture THAT TOOK ME A WHOLE DAY TO PUT TOGETHER FOR YOUR HAPPY ASS. POOT! Its so big I had to shrink it and now you cant read it... Currently Oscar & Jackson 5 kittens, Great Dane-Skeet, Rat Terrier- Flea Flyer, Shih Tzu- Olav ZipsTer, Monster & Target -rescued from ditch in flood @ 1 week. Sister cat (Oscar offspring) So... Outside is Monster & Target, in my garden bath is Oscar and 5 kittens, in the whole rest of the house and yard is Skeet, Flea, and ZipsTer. Sister is everywhere. All my darlings are perfect except. ZipsTer pesters Skeet while he is sleeping, barking up his nose. Flea has middle child issues with hop and drops, rare now. Sister lets Flea & ZipsTer beat her up then in the 11th round she swats them. Flea likes it warm, Zipster likes it cold. Skeet has severe issues with the celing fan. One day he will rip it from the ceiling. (I have no idea) Skeet is VERY protective of myself and Flea and ZipsTer, and he racks every guy who has ever been in my house. Accidently. Did that, and case of beer. First time I ever flashed anyone in my life. Got 17500, but someone said 18k. I just was too embarassed to ck alt. Turns out there was a passenger up there.... I didnt know how to flash, had chest strap in way, jump suit, t shirt. It was an ordeal. When I got up there - no turning back, it was my 100th... So, to the lady passenger, I said - "Oh Hi, my name is uh Jumper Paula, how are you doing....., be gone in a minute, heh." Fumble fumble fumble..... Ok... see ya... Pilot says Hey I missed it, dang it....fumble fumble, damn where are they... OK there.... I did not hear the end of it for weeks, no tan lines..... Just a note to give some kudos out to Daniel Chisolm. He is a really nice fellow. He has helped me with my website from the very first one. Somehow I got sponsored at like 80 jumps. I like to think it had alot to do with the letter I wrote, but the web site was impressive. My site has gone thru tons of weirdness, changes, upgrades, code issues, and websites are hard to maintain. (forget a forum, no way) But he does have a tiny informal forum we like to post little things on. Plus he maintains alot of persons sites. He did a killer site job for a guy running for congressman, Texans Vote for Burgess!!!!! Or Jessica will personally poke you in the eye. He also has cooked some mean meals around here. As all my buddies who pass through the AirAnn Skydiver Sanctuary and Animal House) can attest to. Also, I cracked up my ride in October, bummer. So, since then he has been very generous in letting me use his car for periodic jobs. (Anyone in HOUSTON have a job lead please send me a note) Daniel came down here in September for a hell of a good time skydiving. Yeah, He got here at 10 pm September the TENTH. The next day.... I was still alseep, he comes in, Hey... I think someone just crashed a plane into New York. ..... Well, I am NOT a morning person. ... I may have said... What are the winds like? Is it blue? ...or go back to bed. or anyway... He was here like 2 weeks and not one skydive. We spoke at length about his future and what he wants to do with it, besides building super bad ass websites and Atlanta vs Houston. He felt like there were more oppurtunities here than there. Especially with 2 dz's and he has been packing for some 6 years for Bill Scott in Georgia. So, Daniel went back to Georgia for his computer and his things and returned to find his way in Houston. Bill maintains he is still very upset to have lost him to the dropzones down here. But, Daniel had to send a resume to Spaceland to try for a packing job. He has not heard back yet. That was a month ago. Recently they advertised on rec for all staff positions. Huh... Well, Daniel is a really good guy and went and found one of their staff members bag lock in a field of briars. I looked but only found scratches. Waller is not needing packers since they combined with Skydive USA. He is currently going to ITT school for Software Applications & Programing. He will need a part time job as well. But I think for a guy who is 25, who grew up with his grandparents and has over come alot. He will do fine. His other talents include Butcher, Auto Mechanic (but no current tools) and he is a bad ass cook, did I mention that? He also is trying to help me out by keeping my house from being foreclosed on. At the moment, It looks very grim. He put up a PayPal for donations to AirAnn which is non profit. I have alot of stuff going on and seems to me its impossible to handle it all. The date on the house sale/foreclosure has been set for May 7th. Its not fun here without a job for me. But Daniel insists on trying to keep me upbeat. Hello- Welcome, My thinking on this subject is that its easy. Sitflying is faster than RW belly, you always return to RW stable to pull, -ck airspace before and after returning to your belly. This will give you enough time theorically to slow down some so you wont whack yourself with an opening and also not to shread your canopy. I personally try to break off formation at 5k, track, then around 3500 I am opening - there or around there. The newer you are the higher you pull. That really should be some kind of rule. I have had my nasty, nasty, wicked cutaway. And I was super glad I stuck to my plan. And its true- it was/is MY plan. I dont randomly pik an alititude to pull at. I have put a ton of thought into it. Lately, I cant hear my ditter, before I jump next time its going inside my helmet. After a bad landing I couldnt hear outta that ear. So It goes inside. But anyway, dont rely on your ditter, and if you dont have one get one. I put my alt on sideways, some persons put them on inside the wrist. Anyway, Mine sits on my thumb joint. I barely have to move it to see my alt. When you first are sitting just try to sit and ck alt over and over. You get that skill down quick. Later on you will need Alt awareness. Get to know what it looks and feels like. Feels like to fly sitting. Feel the air and work with it, dont fight it. When you are done with that practice landing well and on a target. Happened to be the same time link... Let me do another one .. with different song track I tried so many... The first trial/test/learn one I did went great with the Jetsons theme. (Also less than 52 sec. ) Meet George Jetson, BAm there is Trey, His Boy Elroy- Bam there is Ramon, Daughter Judy- Bamn there is Levin, Jane His wife, Bam there is Wayne. But I was practicing. This shyt is hard. What program do you have? I have gone through 3, and have found Sonic Foundry Vegas Video to be best for me, I especially like the way it rewinds my camera for me or asks me if I want to start capture from there. Studio DV (Sony) was ok, but nope.. nah, ..Premier 6 drove me crazy. IMHO NOT user friendly. I used a demo, (fixed demo problem..hehe) of Vegas and I just basically just started using it.
