Sorry I bailed on the free ticket to Eloy. However, my friend is just too awesome. My buddy had prepared to send me to 2 boogies this year. On both coasts. (Texas is in the middle, you see) But even with my intelligent conversation and tendencies to get in trouble and cause exciting historical kaos, I had to be home for the delivery of new skydiver puppies. ...And ecetera excuses. I have them all the time. But they are more like very strong warning feelings. Most of the time I am right. Not only with me but those I know. Usually I know about who it is but not really, just someone I cant put my finger on. Then other times - when I know something that could be about me- I take it easy and careful. Thus, I guess, whatever it was doesnt happen. Then after a while feeling goes away. Years ago I could tell things about items. Like a shirt or little things. It was extremely strange and uncomfortable. I never said anything about it, but I found out much later that the person these items had to do with had passed away. It comes out of nowhere. I have been nearly on the load at the door and turned around before, many times. I lose my ticket, but thats something I am prepared to lose. Fallin- Go see a MD first. 14 weeks of any pain is your body telling you something is wrong. If meds do not work, You didnt say if it was Rx or OTC (over the counter), then either way, its a symptomology of some kind. 14 weeks! Girl? Look, quit being the tuff skydiver type and see your friendly MD and bring your own reading material. If you could be more specific for your Dr too. About what time? what were you doing? (quit coffee, need coffee, did not eat lunch, working on computer, eyesight, stress, sinus trouble) And, does your Mom have headaches? Did her mom have headaches? Its true with me. In addition to my migranes. An MRI of my knoggin found a tumor on my pituitary gland. Which is right in the middle of my head behind my eyes. Scared me a little. Then I went to have my head examined, LOL, by a brain surgeon and he said that mine was really small and nothing to worry about. The majority of these types are not cancerous. However, the pituitary gland is the master gland and tells the body what to do. There are a bunch of glands that do stuff that is important. The brain guy said really that the first symptom that it has become bigger is eyesight. So I told him I would see him again when I couldnt see. He he... Accupuncture is fine. The needle must be inserted in the proper place and left for the proper amount of time. A small red mark may be that it was left too long. It makes it harder to get the needle out. But my experience as a needle gofer was years ago. The people accupuncture helped best were the people who believed it would work. Those suckers, sorry dude, they look like a cross between jelly fish and those scrubbing bubbles. Likely their purpose would to disrupt the nerves going to the brain that say Hello, something around here hurts. Pain is a symptom. Not a stand alone diagnois. ~AirAnn~

So true Lol- Painful. I ran cross country, mile, mile relay, hurdles, high jump, rode and was thrown off horses, etc.. At track meets, coach would go aroundmy heel and wrap up towards my knee taking the stress off the shin ligiment. Most important, eat bannanas - potassium, and take anti inflamatories, Motrin... Dont run on pavement. Go to park and run on the cinder trail, then ease into pavement. And start with new shoes. ~AirAnn~
