Oh yea. In freefall one of " the boys" worked his way under the leg strap. That taught me to make sure things were out of the way and my straps were good and tight. This was also the hardest opening I have had in my short career. Luckily the wind dried up the resulting tears and I had to explain the profanity to the other folks under canopy around me heard. They had a good laugh on that one. It was a good lesson for me. BUT I still had a good dive. Now that's a great idea! I am in a corporate environment so there are a lot of goofers, oh sorry golfers, around. For the past few years I have only purchased 2 colors of socks. Black and white. Makes life much simpler. Welcome to your new addiction. My brother and I started diving last year ( he is 50 and I am 43). I heard an interview with one of the Golden Knights concerning being nearvous that was great. It was something like " If you aren't a little scared ( nearvous) then you need to quit". I still have low jump numbers and I still get butterflies from time to time. When I started skydiving I called my carrier from work ( BCBS) and their response was " As long as you can get to the hospital, we'lll cover the expenses". I have a Tony suit. Where the Nylon and spandex meet in the butt area it is beginning to separate. Any ideas on the best way to patch this or at least stop the hole from getting larger?
