Interestingly enough, many foreigners (but most especially Europeans) LOVED Clinton and LOATHE GWB. Cora and I have a Dutch friend who refuses to visit us until GWB is no longer president. When I was in Eire, they all wanted to know what I thought of Clinton, as they all adored him. I just said that I didn't have an opinion one way or the other. That seemed to satisfy.
