You were right. I wasn't aggressive enough, and then when I tried to BE aggressive with my legs, it seemed like I was TOO aggressive. In other words, if I wasn't letting my legs flop all over like soggy noodles, I was trying to slice the atmosphere with them. Well, I have an update. We went to ZHills this past weekend, and I was finally able to hold my sit the entire dive, after only one tumble as I came off the hill. The entire week before, I tried something that may, at first, seem a bit silly: I sat in every chair I had to be in for any length of time with my legs where I need them for my sit, and even practiced putting slight pressure on my feet. Between that and all of the incredibly helpful advice here, I was able to hold it. I just need to work on the tumble I get coming off the hill. I'm sure I have an idea what's causing it, I just have to work to correct it. Thanks to everyone for their advice and laughter. It helped me learn and realise I'm not the only one who has to go through this.
