This weekend was one of the most amazing weekends, I've had at the ranch in gardiner New York. Much thanks goes out to Mike and Howard for taking me on crew jumps all day long (both saturday and sunday). You guys are the greatest. I got to do my first 3-stack, first wrap (kinda), and first rotation, not to mention a few other things. I'm addicted, CRW is quite outstanding. In my front passenger side seat floor: sneakers tevas 8 cds nalgene bottle keys that i usually don't use random papers a brush a sweatshirt some lais (i got at a party last month) mardi gras beads (don't ask) 4 tapes pens (they might even work) empty bottles random coins 2 extra pairs of socks (one of which are fleece socks) that's all i can remember right now.... My best non-skydiving friend had a dream that i died during a canopy accident. It was weird, because she never saw me jump, or knew what colors my canopy were, but she described my canopy to me perfectly. It freaked me out a little bit, but i still went up later on that day, had a great day jumping, and have continued to have great jumps. Since then, i no longer have that canopy, so i think it's just a dream, get back in the air! I think you're just longing for jumping again

Okay my random drink: It sounds discusting when looking at the ingredients, but if made properly it's delicious. It's Bubbles Funshine if made in a glass 5 shots of vodka 2 shot peach schnapps the rest is 50% mountain dew, 50% Sunny Delight (california style) The shot measurements are approximate. I usually just make liters of this stuff, it goes real quick. Well, i missed the first 25 minutes of the show, but i was hoping for Kelly Jo. In other words i missed the entire family meeting with Estella. Why did you start skydiving/ BASE jumping?

I remember being 6 years old on a windy day coming out of gymnastic class, and we were all trying to spread our arms out and flying (before you start laughing, i was 6, of course i was going to try to fly in the wind). I guess that was the basis for my wanting to fly, but it wasn't til years later, when i was on a caving trip (yes i'm a caver too), when someone mentioned they did their first jump, that i decided i wanted to skydive. I knew i would get my license right away, but I didn't know how much of an incredibly awesome sport, it really was, until I got up in the air and jumped. Finally, being able to fly through the sky, this is definitly the one thing i have always needed in my life. -
better too hot then too cold, right? F#@$ the facilities, fly the fantasy. My vote goes to the ranch. Great, friendly people with tons of talent, always willing to help those that need/want more experience, spontaneous occurances..... FLY BABY FLY
