Also, check out some canopy manufacturer's websites. From what I've seen, they have some basic and advanced explainations of how/why they fly. And if I'm not mistaken, Brian Germain wrote a pretty descriptive book/manual about it. I think it was for the Jedei. Good luck with your paper! JumpinDuo.com...come and sign the guestbook.

We have the jumpsuits already. Mine is big, cotton and thick. Her's is small, tight and....tight. Grrrr. Anyway, we were "almost" able to match on our last jump together. She actually rolled into a ball and only fell about 10' below me, went to arch and POP! Well, maybe we'll have to break down and get her some weight. Thanks! They do! It is in the form of a letter from A-D and is then followed by a number. JumpinDuo.com...come and sign the guestbook.

Laura and I went to a store in the mall a couple weeks back and bought some stickers. I have had an Icarus Canopies sticker, Go Fast, and Pro Track. I bought a circle that has "69" on it and then got a bullseye with a black star in the middle. Laura got a butterfly or two for hers. One thing you need to watch for is the bigger the sticker, the worse it will wrinkle when you apply it. I have found that if you do it slow and keep getting the wrinkles out, it works best. Other wise, it can really start to look like shit. Happy stickering! JumpinDuo.com...come and sign the guestbook.

Yeah, I checked all, but it seems that 2 of them told me it was a D license. However, I could be mistaken. It has happened before. Heh heh heh....imagen that. JumpinDuo.com...come and sign the guestbook.

Hahaha!! That is hilarious. Glad that never happened to me though. Good thing he didn't get up and run to the door and head out in pure panic and fear. That would have been something to get on video, eh? Anyone else have funny "ride to altitude" stories? JumpinDuo.com...come and sign the guestbook.

I know this is an international site, but the USPA has a stolen gear list. I'm not sure if GB has the same (or Canana or Aussies). Seems that if there is too many places, no one will know cuz the info will be spread too thin. Just a thought. JumpinDuo.com...come and sign the guestbook.

Lawndart....they sent me info and said that you needed a D license to jump there. Was that wrong? This was probably last summer or so that I checked into it. Looks like a beautiful place though. And, I don't there is much in the way of hotels within walking distance there. Can't remember, so you may want to take a tent if you can. (e.g. mail it there before you leave so you don't have to carry it) JumpinDuo.com...come and sign the guestbook.

RealPlayer sucks major ass and I refuse to have it on my computer anymore. If you use it, it turns itself on when you turn your computer on. That is bullshit. And, when you try to use it, it asks you for upgrades/registration/etc. QuickTime and WMP are the best. RealPlayer = shit. JumpinDuo.com...come and sign the guestbook.

Hey all.....got a question for you. My wife and I are about 80 pounds different in weight (me being more) and when we jump together, we cannot match our fallrates. I get as big as I can and she says she is arching like crazy, but she still is higher than me. Now, short of me loosing weight and her buying weight, what do you suggest doing to remedy this? Are there body positions that better control this? Granted, we probably still have the "student arch" going on. Is this affecting it? Thanks for the help! JumpinDuo.com...come and sign the guestbook.

NOTE TO SELF: pray you don't have to teach 3flier's fucked up kids. Sick man...just sick. JumpinDuo.com...come and sign the guestbook.

Not sure what FlyHi wrote you, but I know that some of those places require a D license to jump there. They say this is due to being right on the coast (North Shore). Lots of water and lots of whipping wind coming off there. Email them and get more info about it. They are pretty good about writing back. Have fun!! JumpinDuo.com...come and sign the guestbook.

I think it would be good to post the DZ so those who jump there have a fair warning to watch their asses. (And to those of us who are dying to know.) (Or you can PM it to me, Marc. Thanks man.

Hell, maybe if you can find 51% or more of it, they'll replace it! Kinda like with money, ya know?

I never said I want to be rich. This is sort of a side job/summer job. No need to rain on my party. JumpinDuo.com...come and sign the guestbook.

Thanks for all the info! I will be sure to ask the DZO if they are having it on the 9th. I would really like to go and get all of that valuable information if I can. Also, we'll be in need of a repack right after our Florida trip (worked out perfectly). So, we'll see what happens! Thanks again. And Rob, you guys get into your spinning up there, EH? Sounds like initiation more than training. Is the spinning and yelling to pull reserve just to "simulate" the chaos in the brain during a mal? Thanks. JumpinDuo.com...come and sign the guestbook.
