Hey there all. Well, my student teaching is done and I will be graduating from Ohio Northern University on Sunday with a BA and a degree in Spanish education. Whew! Finally!!

Norton Corporate Edition v.7. It is pretty cool. I like the free updates and virus stuff. Works good for me and ALWAYS catches funky file types.
-
Damn. Too bad that didn't work for you. Yeah...nothing like a good FDisk and reinstall every now and then to keep everything "fresh".
-
Well, since you said that when you loaded up windows, Norton came on and then restarted it after so long. Mine did that as well, so I just ctrl+alt+delete RIGHT on start-up and then "end task" on everything but "explorer" so that it wasn't running. once I got everything stopped and Windows running, I just went in, unstalled, cleaned the reg, and so on. After reinstalling, it runs like a charm. Not that it matters, so I am glad it works good now.

Ya mon. I forgot to mention that I was at SSC for a couple of days in February and they are great people. I really enjoyed jumping there and cannot wait to go back. They seemed like pretty understanding people. Just think...$1300 of jump tickets for a week or two in the winter. *drool* Chin up! JumpinDuo.com...come and sign the guestbook.

Sorry to hear about your loss, bro. My initial thought was the same as Phree's. You should go ahead and do your AFF and whatnot there in Mass and then take a Christmas trip to SSC and shoot through your $1300 worth of jump tickets. Just think of it!
-
You should have just uninstalled it. Then, just reinstalled it to try again or got another copy. You didn't have to reinstall Windows. JumpinDuo.com...come and sign the guestbook.

Last year I bought a 1995 Nissan Sentra. It has 136,000 miles on it right now. However, it is in almost perfect shape. It has power everything, AC, cruise, power sunroof. I only paid $2900 for it!!! Well, when the engine dies on this thing, it'll be time for a nicer ride. Hey, I sold my 1999 Jeep Wrangler to start skydiving. ...and it was SOOOO worth it.

Those are the type of stories I've heard about Brush. Nice people, eager to please. I just hear that Longmont is more of a tandem factory. And yes, I will be planning a time to toss my mom from a plane in Brush.
-
I know this isn't for the boogie, but Laura and I will be in Colorado the last part of July/first part of August. We'll be up in Brush AT LEAST one day, I think. Or, since SkyCat will be living in Denver, we may head to Longmont. I just hear that Brush is more "fun jumper friendly". Thoughts?

Thank you guys so much for the info! I think I am going to try and score some Blue People tickets. Also, we are going to check out the Navy place. I was searching around the web for some places of interest, but I think you all touched on them all. Sounds like a really great time! AndyMan...I think that would be cool to stop by your place. We will be there on Thursday morn (most of the day) and then again on Sunday. Let me know PM or here when you'll be home and all that jazz. Hopefully, you can make it out to the DZ also. SkyMedic...that would be totally sweet if you guys made it out to the dropzone. I would really like to meet y'all. See you then!

Thanks for the info, folks!

Hey all of you Chicago dwellers. Laura and I will be there from May 30 - June 2. It is her birthday on the 30th and we are going to spend 3 nights up there. We will be at Chicagoland Skydiving on Friday and Saturday. Should be a really good time. I have heard a lot of good about them and really hope to finally meet some of you!!

late Aug/early Sept - Richmond "THE" Boogie - this is my home DZ and was there last year for 4 days and it was awesome. I am pretty sure Precision was there (set up next to Sunrise Rigging). Laura and I really want to hit JumpRun.com Boogie. Depends on $$$ since it is right before a week in TN. Good luck, Chris! JumpinDuo.com...come and sign the guestbook.

Have you heard of the new gay sitcom called "Leave it, it's beaver".

If there isn't video or photos, it didn't happen.

I would like to jump in as many states as possible and jump in as many foreign countries as possible. Those are my "goals" of skydiving.
-
I don't leave any. That is included in the price of the hotel. However, if there was a kickass party in there the night before and you KNOW the maid had to do some major work to clean it up, then it may be necessary. Just my .02. JumpinDuo.com...come and sign the guestbook.

Amir, have you emailed L-n-B yet? They are VERY awesome when it comes to answering your questions. That is a good question. Perhaps you could put your findings here when you know.

From what I've heard, it is a beautiful dropzone with nice people running it. JumpinDuo.com...come and sign the guestbook.

I have no idea. I only knew the word as the hairstyle. The mullet: "business up front, party in the back".

"Forum Read" button/option...
mountainman replied to mountainman's topic in Suggestions and Feedback
I am wondering if you have plans to add a "forums read" button to the main page so that it can just be clicked and all the "new posts" numbers will disappear. Although, I could just be missing it. Thanks! -
Hi there y'all!
