Hey folks. Well, we just got back from Chicago 2 hours ago, and I must say that it was a great time. On Thursday, we went to a Blue Man Group show. It was pretty cool, however I still believe that it is overpriced. Ah well, you can't see it anywhere. Friday and Saturday were spent at the DZ, however we only made 3 jumps the whole time. On Friday, there were lots of clouds most of the day and we got one in at the end when they cleared. Then on Saturday, it was really windy all day, however we got 2 jumps in. One was a cross-country and it was really awesome!! We had a great time and were able to meet AndyMan, FallinILWeenie, SlowFaller (who lives upto his name), FallingMarc, DiverDriver, JumpingJohn, SkyMedic, and Val. You can see pictures at OUR WEBSITE under the "news" or "skydiving" section. I have pictures of the city, the dropzone, the cross country jump (I took the camera with us) and then from the way home today. I hope you enjoy them!

Hey all. I'm just curious who is going to make it out to Chicagoland Skydiving this weekend. Laura and I will be there on Friday and Saturday. Here is what I know they have going on: Friday - $17 skydives all day Saturday - hybrid skydives with Monkey Claw Let me know if you'll be there!!!

Laura and I will be there for some of those days. I'll be teaching by then, so I can't have too many days, but perhaps I'll take a personal day that first week. Hahah!! If I do that, we could be there Thursday eve, Friday, Saturday, and then Sunday. If so, that would be sweet. Zen...you can be sure to see me there.

Great cars, guys!! landmissle...that thing looks like it just rolled out of the Ford factory. Either you put a lot of elbow grease into it or someone took care of it like a baby. Either way, you got a great piece of history right there. Just think, if you take care of it like you should, you can drive it for awhile and then sell it for more than you paid for it. Congrats on the find!!!

Thanks for the congrats. Yeah...I would refrain from saying something like that to anyone with half a mind of Spanish. Once they hear the "chinga tu madre" part, it's GO TIME!!

Rice is good for you. And, Japanese cars are so much better made and engineered than Detroit power. Tis true that a lot of the rice cars are actually made in the US and/or have parts made here, but the technology is so much better. Sorry to say, but Japanese and European cars are far superior. Rice away, Viking!! I'm with you!!! I just took a 300ZX for a test drive yesterday. **Drool**

Hey dude. Have you talked to the DZ about working there some this summer? And you should find a job somewhere else. That kind of pay is crap. Domino's and Papa Johns here pay MUCH more than that. Good luck, dude.

Allow me to give you just one suggestion: on the news section of it, think about putting the most recent stuff at the top so you don't have to scroll for it. Then people won't have to check down there for something new. That is all I'm going to give.
