Laura and I went to Safety Day 2003 today in Richmond, IN (Skydive Wayne County) and listened to many speakers. It was great ! Here are some photos of a couple jumps people did today. Hi Andrea: Sounds like a great idea you have to take that trip ! I certainly wish you luck. They are really hard to decide on. I would go with that western drive trip. It sounds really awesome. The only thing to watch out for is how many miles you can put on a rental car and how far away from the place you can take it. Just be sure to ask first. Or, a nice trip to Chicago would be fun for the different DZs. Chicagoland is awesome too. As long as you like crapass traffic, Chicago is the place for you.

The one with the PC1 turns off in the middle of freefall doesn't it ? I thought it did... or maybe it just gets spinning too fast to see anything. I can't remember. Thanks Cpoxon. That is definetely him. I didn't realize he had a bad jump. That is really a damn shame. He seemed like such a great person to have in the sport of BASE with all of his vids, his personality and it seemed everyone liked him and he had a lot of friends. I just wanted to say thank you to all of you videographers out there who shoot your video, spend tons of time editing it, and then sharing it with us either through your website, Dropzone.com, or skydivingmovies.com. I have spent the last week or so download MANY skydiving movies and watching them. It has kept me going and has brought me out of my "depression" a little bit. I am ready to go on Saturday for the Safety Day. So... thanks for sharing the stuff. I just got done watching Wildblue's 2002 Bell chopper video, Phreezone's WFFC 2002 video (again), and another WFFC video that was on skydivingmovies.com called "WFFC2002full". Who ever did that.. great ! All the other ones... sweet ! Thanks for sharing your talents and time with people like me. I love watching those. It is even cooler watching people that I have met before.

Make your business address the same font as the rest of the page. It looks out of place. What does "links" mean on the left ? It doesn't go anywhere or have anything under it. When the cursor is over the "FAQ", your divider character turns yellow also. The rest of the words don't do that. Personally, I dont like the blue on black. It is a little harder to read. Perhaps you could go with a light grey or something else. Put the contact info on top of the contact page and prospective employee info on the bottom. What is more important ? Clients or employees ? There are small grammar errors through the site. Perhaps going back to read it again will uncover them. It is a good site and very easy to navigate. jfields - Yeah, I think Phree had a good idea for the RAID, but for what I'll be using it for, I don't think it'll really be needed. I'm not too paranoid since I don't keep a lot of data on my computer that I would die over if lost. I save it to CDs and go from there.

Hey guys... thanks for the quick replies ! Gus - I may do that in the future if I find that this doesn't work out very well. However, right now I have a 2.5 year old Maxtor 60GB at 4200rpm and it works GREAT for video and I usually don't have tons of video on it. Whenever I finish a project, I condense it all to one huge file and put it on a CD-R. If I find I am getting too much stuff and/or it seems to be bogging down, I'll certainly get a 40GB and use the big one for video. Great idea, thank you. Phree - this board got very good reviews for the price at Anandtech.com. The guy who reviewed it was using the Corsair XMS PC3200, but said that this board really wasn't taking full advantage of it and it probably wouldn't be worth using that. Perhaps in a couple years (months?) I'll upgrade the motherboard to something a little higher quality. I don't really need a better sound card. I got this one (SBLive! 5.1) used for $15 and it is excellent. I have it in my computer right now hooked up to those speakers.. AWESOME. (BTW, you can get the speakers for as low as $45 after rebate.) As for RAID, I really don't like the idea of that very much just due to the price of buying all those HDs. I would have to have 4 HDs so I could take advantage of RAID 0/1. Good thinking though. Matt: the mobo doesn't support dual AGP, however the card will have 2 outputs for monitor and supports dual monitor and it ALSO has the s-video out which I'll hook up to the flat screen TV I have in here. That should be really nice to have.

Another reason I decided to quit was due to the 100% usage of your CPU. From what I hear, doing this all the time wears out your parts (namely cooling) since they have to be on full 24/7 while your CPU is producing the most heat since it is running 100% on 24/7.
