Hi Rev President of the company? I think not he's the man who hires and fires. My guess it's a company thats trying to sell it's product in france. So if a frenchman wants to buy a piece of clothing and checks the label for country of origion, he's laughing and maybe buying a US product. Free speech and marketing!!!!!
  5. Hi Nover IMO Just go camp out if they don't like it they'll let you know. Then just hop in your car and go home. It's easier to get forgiveness than permission. BTW I assume you blend into the DZ environment and noise.

Amazon works for me or should it be Ms Amazon Mam
  7. Hi Kwak At my age I'm thinking the extraction route, maybe even go for the whole thing. No more dentists
  8. Hi CBS After reading all the posts I had to check that I wasn't in speakers corner. IMO throwing money at the problem without "actionable intelligence" is like looking for a needle in hell. Need to treat the root of the problem to prevent, most bad stuff from happening. But there will always be someone pissed off enough that their willing to die and take some innocent folks with them. It's a new cold war with new rules. No ones going to win, or get even. R.I.P.
  9. While we're on the subject of Low income Dental stuff Anyone got info on Washington state? Visited the dentist the other day and got the Dentist shuffle, 2 x-rays and Dude you need a root canal refers me to the rotor rooter dentist. Show x'ray to rotor rooter (root canal) Dentist , estimated cost $1000, BTW will also require a new 3 tooth bridge by the origional dentist (he forgot that part) Between the two dentists were looking at $4500- $5000 for 2 teeth. HiHo! HiHo! its off to the Bubba I go (extractor dentist). Good news, maybe $400-$500 with free nitrous oxide
  10. Hi JP This story woulda been more fun if the guy had laid in his back seat under a blanket with an H&K USP and surprised the thieves with a dozen-plus-one rounds of .40 cal! Different strokes for different folks, with the non violent approach (remove rotor or battery) you still got a car and a disapointed theif. With your approach your going to spend a lot of time in your car waiting, If you shoot the bad person, the inside of your car will be a mess with blood and guts. Then you'll have to deal with the "legal" system (not my system) for excessive force and pay a lawyer probably more money than the cars worth. Thats win or lose. We had a local guy, law abiding family man chased down the car thief "taught him a lesson" with a gun . the theif is dead the citizen got three yr's. He was the sole support for his wife and kids. The citixen acted on instinct and was sorrry for what he did. the theif was a kid and is dead. Not a win win for the citizen unless you like killing folks, going to jail and watching your family go on welfare. PJ the choice is yours, do whatever floats your boat. Personnely If I was concerned about someone stealing my car, a kill switch or removing the wire from the distributer cap to the coil would work for me. Pisses off the car thief when the car no workee Kind of like owning your own generator so you don't have to complain about the power company not restoring your electricity first. R.I.P.
  11. Hi Jtval Knew a couple of guy's that had car theft problems and prevented it from happening again their way. Guy one: Removed the rotor from his distibuter and put it in pocket until he drove car again. Guy Two: where we parked at work (ghetto) folks used to steal car batteries especially when it started to get cold. If they stole your old battery then they would come back the next day and steal your new battery. My oworker after losing a battery to theft vowed never again so every day i would watch him remove the battery from the car and install it in his trunk and then reinstall after work. The guy got real good at it, only took a couple minutes. Each and every day had his gloves tools and blankie for his fender in the trunk. We watched this for years! R.i.P.
  12. Hi Frenchy Who knows maybe the FBI started the thread. We're doomed, We're all doomed. Next step the "three letter" guy's/gals will be hanging out at manifest with a dog. R.i.P.
  13. Hi Bill Sorry about my one liner. Of course your right
  14. Hi JP I was going to respond to your post in detail but "J. Postal Is sounding J.Paranoid. So lets just agree that we disagree. To bad the result will be to bump this post again. R.i.P.
  15. Furthermore, come on people, leave PJ alone. I know it's easy to come into a post like this and slam, but what's the point after the person has apologized? How do you know if he's sincere or not? You don't, so leave the guy alone. We've all wished someone dead before (although, for most, those days have passed). Everyone has a bad day, PJ just has more than the average Joe is all. I don't stick up for him often, but this is ridiculous, let it go. HI SDNF Just in case, your not kidding Every time you post on this thread telling people to "let it go" your just keeping the thread going which may have the opposite effect your trying to achieve.
  16. Hi PJ Whats your platform, Peaceful or Postal Reminds me of the Used car dealer "Honest Jeffrey" Whats in a name? R.I.P. R.I.P.
  17. There is a dz.commer who works with a power company in another state who came down here to help out with Charley and stayed so he could help out with Frances. He's spent a long time here away from his home so he could help get us up and running. I hope this thead is buried by the time he logs back on. It would be nice if the thread was buried so your friend didn't have to read this do do. But I don't think thats going to happen. In a another thread PJ says he's "dreaming" about buying some Hi capacity magazines know that the big bad gun ban has expired. PJ sems to be intelligent and articulate I wonder why he doesn't just buy a UPS or generator for the next hurrican just in case he loses electricity again, rather than get more gun stuff. I'm sure your sparky buddy has some good stories about people complaining about not being the first ones to get their power back on. We learned our lesson about being without elec for a couple of days : don't leave the rental video in the VCR in case the power goes out you can't eject the tape and will get chatged a late fee. Problems problems Now we have a generator just in case we still have a house. But now I'm haveing nightmares about not being able to buy fuel for my generator. R.I.P.
  18. Anyone want to guess if the owners of the free new cars will have to pay some kind of $tax. Sorry I didn't read the story. R.i.P.
  19. Hi pere So is this offical no more PJ bashing forever or can we just wait until the next time PJ goes Postal. Damn did I just say Postal Hmmm Peaceful Jeffrey, PJ, Postal Jeffrey. Time for another Poll? R.I.P.
  20. Hi You all Jeanne? Red flash? WTF Oh You mean Amazon
  21. Hi Bill Thanks for the bump, this is thread is very entertaining. So a UPS cost about $1300. I need to add that to my gun collection.
  22. Hi SR You want to hear the politicans talk about the economy, loss of jobs oversee's, Homeland security, National health care, The challenges we're facing in iraq and the american teenagers serving in that hell hole. Sorry JR we don't have time for that lets not confuse the issue with the facts we don't have time for that Lets talk about who did what 35 yr's ago. Twiddle Dee, Twiddle Dum, one of these guys will be our president after november . Then what ???? R.I.P.
  23. Hi PJ Maybe you could trade in one of those guns/swords/ weapons for a standby electrical power source, Think about it Air conditioning, hot showers, cold food in the fridge. We bought a preban AR-15, foldable stock, bayonet lug flash suppressor all the good stuff. When I got a bayonet for the AR -15 (for a drive by bayoneting) found out the distance from the bayonet lug to the end of the barrel was to long or the bayonet handle to short. "Pre ban" whoopee who needs a bayonet anyway. We almost traded a guy the AR-15 last week for a 16" Laguna band saw even up. I waited to long and missed the trade. Anyone want to trade a olympic arms pre ban AR-15 for some nice woodworking tools? Sorry already have my own generator for the house. Need to do the deal in the seattle metroplex. R.i.P.
