That's bullshit. It's a pathertic attack. I have pointed out I don't approve of some of their actions and am urging people who have been slighted to use their legal recourse. I don't know anything of the sort. In the past I have won a $4700 judgement for wrongfuly removed/destroyed property in Small claims court. Total filing costs were $58. I have also recieved a "cease and desist" court order against someone who was using copywrited material of mine without permision. Guess what? When presented with it they stoped using said material. Total fees involves, $17. Crying that it costs too much to defend what you claim to be yours is a bullshit cop out. It can be done if you're determined. Put up or BTFU. I've taken one company to small claims court $1500 and won, also filed a cease and desist order against my neighbor. Both without lawyers and minimal cost but we only had to drive 15 miles one day to file the court papers, then another 15 milesanother day to meet the referee, then another 15 miles another day to meet the judge. So your correct it can be done. Especially if both parties are local. The court isn't a collection agency so even when you win in court you still may have to do some work to collect. So we had to do spend two more days to collect the money the court award us. How far did you have to travel to file tour court cases that you mentioned? Same city? Same County? Would you have filed against someone 2000 mi away? I wouldn't unless I was Bill Gates or a record company. Personnely your spin is getting old the reader's of DZ.com can read both opinions of your legal option double speak and make their own decision. Have a nice day. R.I.P. -
Hi Scott Back in the day We did a 3 engine T.O. on a C-130.

That's bad. Have you taken legal action? Hi JP You keep on asking "Have you taken Legal action" -
LMAO, You guy's are still argueing over stuff that your reading in the media. Officers are treated different than enlisted swine. The man with the star (General) isn't happy with the decisions made by the capt/lieutanent and now he has to clean up the mess and answer some embarresing questions. Fireing/demoteing the commander would be hanging your dirty laundy out for everyone to see. A lot easier if the capt.lieut resigns/asks for reassignment. We live close to Ft lewis. the army sends out convoy's all the time to the field (yakima). Seeing a broken down truck parked on the side of I-5 is not uncommen. R.I.P.

Ever been forward deployed in a ground combat unit? Ever performed missions in a combat zone? You may have. Just curious. Hi Pajarita Since you asked the questions and assuming your not a REMF here's the response in order the order thay were asked. Not sure what you mean by "forward deployed" Air Force pukes

Problems that may or may not exist up the chain of command do not exonerate troops from disobeying lawful orders. There are always problems within the ranks and up the chain of command. However, there is also a battle currently being fought which must be won. You voice your complaints appropriately, pick up your rifle, move out, and draw fire. Smart way to get people killed Got a complaint go talk to the "no person". "I hear what your saying and understand your concerns" Now Charge!!!! WW1 trench warfare: charging out of trench's didn't work against machine guns but the boss says charge!!!! Oops 5,000 dead no progress on the ground. To bad there's always tomorrow Civil War: Everyone in blue lets line up in a row and march across this field . Don't worry about the guy's in grey waiting to shoot you, they might miss. Viet nam: close to the end of the war B-52 crews refused to fly a mission over Hanoi. because it was to heavily defended by SAMS. Sometimes things got bad enough where the "No man charge!!!" who didn't consider the life of his soldiers vs the value of a mission would have a accident in the field or even in the rear. Shit happens. Some Officers have their career's to consider witch to some of them is more important than the lives of their men/women. R.I.P.

Looking for a legal shark to attack alstate ins co.
slug replied to greybeard's topic in Speakers Corner
Hi GB Try contacting the state insurance commisioner and fileing a claim. I wouldn't be surprised if your not the first unhappy policy holder. Allstate got in serious trouble in KCMO due to washing car tittles after the cars were totaled in a flood. Saw a picture of The allstate slogan about your in good hands with all state. The picture showed a pair of hands holding someone cajones. Lawyer's cost money your state insurance commisioner might surprise you. If not then go to a lawyer if you loss is big enough for the attorney's time. Either way you go it's going to take some time. Document! R.I.P. -
That's the equivalent of stealing. If you don't pay for the coverage, but you get it anyways, that's like taking a car you didn't pay for. It also makes others insurance go up when you didn't pay for the services you received. Vallerina Tell me this is Troll Or does Santa Claus visit me every year because I don't lie cheat or steal.

QuoteFrom what I understand, another unit - from the same group - did the "suicide" mission with no casualties and no problems. I wonder how that will change the situation...if at all. 'Twould seem to me that the accomplishment of the mission with no problems would make it "less" than a suicide mission, and thus negate the soldiers' claim that it was such. We're discussing a incident based on info from a NEWS Report! We know what happens when the media reports on skydiving incidents so why do we think this is any different. We weren't there

And my home DZ doesn't have trampolines everywhere - get over it. You signed up for a dangerous job and you knew it at the time. You can't now bitch that your job includes dangers. That was the point! Of course it's fucking not you moron - that's why it's called "hostile territory". Christ - if ever there was a reason why someone remains a private. No they're not - you're in the fucking army - you signed a CONTRACT that said they're allowed to do that. I don't fucking care what shit storm they told you to go into - you're a grunt and that's what you signed up to do. You go where they tell you, body armour or not. If there are policital questions to be put by all means, make the public aware of those doubts and the public will pursue a policial or at least logistical solution... Yes, we should pay for our troops to have body armour where possible, lives are worth more than metal... but you are not imbued with the authority to question your orders. You do NOT vote with your feet in the military! A soldier does what they are ordered to do. They do not question their orders, they do what they are told regardless of the risk to themselves. That is their job. That is the single thing they signed up to do. That is what they are paid (well) for. "Ours is not to reason why but to do or die." Hi Mr2 This is SC so go for it! Your attitude is very old school and was used in warfare over the ages and always resluted in massive loss of life that was acceptable to the powers to be. The purpose of smart bombs is to minimize the loss of life. The life of our soldiers is sacred and not to be wasted because some officer doesn't have the courage to say NO! because it might hurt their career. IMO The chain of command failed, not the soliders. After all else fails the soldiers got to do what they got to do. If you do sober up and get to join the army for queen and country even though you over qualified. I hope your man enough to lead your men by being with your soliders on their mission and not from a position of a REMF. R.I.P.

CIA report contradicts Bush and Cheney on Saddam/al-Zarqawi link Duelfer contradicts Bush/Cheney on WMDs Bremer contradicts Bush/Cheney on adequacy of troop strength in Iraq. Republicans Lugar, McCain and Hagel criticize administration for incompetence. And still there are people in denial about this administration's gross incompetence and/or lies. LMAO where's Baghdad Bob when we need him? Maybe Bob's a contractor in the pentagon working for dumsfeld. We're doomed! We're all doomed R.I.P.

[replyDunno if this is different for motorcycles or what, but uninsured motorist covers the damage to your vehicle. I got hit by an uninsured motorist once and the uninsured coverage paid for the complete repair, with no deductable. Uninsured/Underinsured coverage may vary by state. In Wa state my underinsured policy payed all expenses. Underinsured motorist coverage is not mandatory in Wa State. Lucky for us we had it. Wa state law requires motorists to have minimum liability coverage. TIC the cost of medical expenses and new cars minimum coverage isn't enough. Better to be self insured to the max. A umbrella policy with homeowners insurance may also provide underinsured motorist coverage. talk with your insurance agent. R.i.P.

I believe that if they sold your property in order to recover the late fees, they would have been legally required to send you notice at your last known address. If they didn't do that, then the items are stolen, and I'd report it to both the storage company, and the police. Then if their paperwork isn't in order, you may have a case against them. The value of the property may not make it worth pursuing. Th storage co. did that to a guy in the seattle metroplex, he had been renting the storage locker for 10 yr's. Wife stopped making payments contents got sold in situ. Found remains of first wife & child in locker. Busted. R.i.P.
