Might want to check out the tax laws about oversea's income being tax free. There might be a time requirement outside the US to qualify for tax free status. $80k Free room and board But you can't spend it while your there. Want to send it home no problem but Haliburtan may hold back part of your pay as a bonus until you complete your contract. Don't know if haliburton will make life insurance available but someone else might at a very high premium. If not your existing Life insurance is null and void. does anyone keep track of how many Drivers Haliburtan has lost and would you trust your employer to provide you with everything 24/7 includeing keeping you out of harms way or medical aid. Read the contract, think about it, would you go to prison for a year for $80k? tax free

Democratic's or Republicans their both politicans and that's a fact jack I mean Ron I know it won't happen but It would be nice if these men are found guilty and sentenced to community service in a far away sandbox. (not with the front line troops) R.I.P.

Sons maybe. But their dads were probably senior citizens. The sons were mostly in their upper 20's. Politic's R.I.P.

Wonder what kind of stuff those temp workers manufactor. Hope it's not something critical. Under those conditions it could be hard to keep a skilled workforce due to the large number of under educated and unskilled. Wouldn't be surprised if some of the temps don't even show up on the books, etc R.I.P.

Damn another negative thread with a new spin on SC (SOS) . Why am I not surprised. Listen up class lets remember the forum rules (play nice , no name calling etc) so this thread doesn't get locked. R.I.P. -
Although I don't shoot as much as you do (I wish I could afford to), I will definately agree with you on the Glocks. I've had a Glock 22C and a 36 and I have a 17. The 17 I've had for a few years has held up very well. I've put about 14,000rds through my 17 and its still holding up well.

Do not believe anything Amazon says Unless she tells you to This has been a bad year for Wa. State, snow melts so skiing sucks, added the snow melt to all the rain we've been having so we've been having the annual floods.

I'll keep this on a positive note and just say there would still be a lot more jumpers still jumping if The DZ's adopted the Jerry Bird method of load orgainizing

Hi Rhys Our economy is definately going thru a adjustment period not sure how much is the fault of our trade deficit and the lower cost of labor overseas, and GW's fiscal policy.I guess we'll find out since he's got 4 more yr's to get his staff working on the problem. The loss of life in Iraq to our troops and the iraqi's is terriable. But compared to the past wars the loss of life isn't that high. Don't know why we went into Iraq, but we're there now, so lets see what GW can accomplish before he leaves office. History will decide if GW was a good president or a bad one. Enjoy your visit to the US and enjoy the exchange rate, spend, jump, tunnel, jump and buy gear.

Hi Lurch IMO your example of whats wrong in your factory is the managers fault. their getting exactly what their paying for. If they want uneducated people who grew up without indoor plumbing, and live in the "hood" in the US what can you expect? Sounds like management needs to raise some of the their hireing standards so the more socially acceptable employees out number the less eduducated and can teach the lower paid workers how to act by example. R.I.P.

Thoughts about the Iraqi election - why are they against it?
slug replied to jumper03's topic in Speakers Corner
Hi Mike Affirmative Was it the brits who decided where the borders were in Iraq? R.i.P. -
QuoteHe is 4 years old and weighs about 70 pounds. He isn't really a small dalmatian, pretty average. Must be the snow. Unless of course you own a Saint Bernard and consider a 70lb dog to be small.

Just wear the Valinda speed suit no one will mess with you, be sure you can move your arms and legs though. We had a friend that did two years in Morroco with his wife (a red head BTW). She told us the story's about going to the market with her girlfriend and getting pinched on the butt in the crowds. Don't know if the women got to drive or not but going to the market was OK. They were still in Morroco just before desert shield started and they were evac'd out on 24 hr's notice. R.I.P.
