    me too because: (1) I haven't gotten my gear all muddied and dirty (2) I haven't hurt my self with my first crappy landings (3) When my canopy is wet, I can say it os from snow, and not from crying on it cuz I can't get it in the GD bad (yet).

    pictures attached of my pretty G3, taken with crappy phone camera. Number of jumps on rig: 1 5 hours ago. I am at home on saturday night, after turning down an offer to be taken out for drinks by a very nice looking young man. all I want to do is go to sleep. so i can wake up early and jump it again at jumptown tomorrow. ... I got a little better at packing today. I did a full 540° on opening before going straight. (i can't get it in the bag by myself yet... tomorrow) It was also my first jump on a 150 Ps: I think the guys at the parachute shop at Pepperell are super heroes (ssshhh!)

    I met my container today. I need a real digital camera. I just took this with my phone. My gear in not set up yet, Aerodyne did not sent my reserve. I’ll send a pic of the back after it is set up. (I know I am the only one who wants to see it)

    I find giving up a nice Saturday, to sit in a room with no windows for 8 hours VERY hard. I hope if you are a doctor with a BS in engineering that you are not doing surgery. Your talents would be better utilized design things like artificial hearts, bionic limbs and such. Anyways, I don’t know a single person who has taken the FE and failed. It has a high, 80%+ pass rate. (Some people do fail, If you’re one of them. don’t give up. Try again. ) I took it 2yrs as getting my BS, studied about 10hrs the day before, did fine. So Lars, what did you score? DaveLG … I think Depth part of the PE is MULTIPLE CHOICE now! My lucky ncees pencil is all chewed up … I need another.

    Jumping my first set of gear for the first time. Going to Eloy in march. Learning how to skydive. I think I’m obsessed. It’s hard to do anything else but think about my gear.

    The engine that goes with it is a RR tent600, I think they produce 110k pounds of thrust. (I could be 100% wrong ... well maybe not a 100) I used to work on the Fan for the PW4098, which was 113" across. That was big. I have never felt so small when in the altitude chamber with it. I don't know about planes. OK. So you have a huge plane, with a huge fuel load. You have a bird stike on take off. When the fuel is dumped before an emergency landing ... where does it go?

    LED's burn out just like light bulbs, but the life of an LED is much longer than an incandescent light (3X?). So most likely, the LED is serviceable. L&B does not manufacture the LED. If you knew which LED they use, you probably could buy a replacement from digikey or another catalog. L&B has wonderful customer service. If you want a different color, I would just ask. I think with color blindness, they can see the light, they just can't tell the difference between green and red.

    L&B’s webpage states products will be available in 4/5 months. BadDog already put these up on their site with costing. “***Feel free to contact us if you would like to verify that we have this item in stock or to request additional information before you place your order.
