The HC-42 has the exact same video quality as the PC-109 Gross 1,070,000 pixels, Camera Mode 690,000 (effective), Memory Mode 1,000,000 (effective) isnt that quality fine? The Hc-90 has 1/3" Interlace 3,310,000 pixels, Camera Mode 2,048,000 pixels (effective), Memory Mode 3,048,000 pixels (effective) Life is Great. Even Greater what we do with it.

Heyas, Been looking around at camera's latley and narrowed my search down to these 2 i think. i can pick up a HC-42 for $1180AUS, Or a PC-350 for $1800 aus. Would it be worth spending the extra money and getting the 350? or should i just get the HC-42 And if anyone has experianced any problems with the HC-42 please jump in. Been Searching around a bit and saw a few people talking about the Sherpa's a unit which shows altitude, wind meter and weather information.. and the Extrex Vista. a GPS unit which also shows a variety of information including altitude. and also rangefinders. These posts were fairly old are these the devices people still use? or are there new better ones? and what is the main use of a GPS unit. mainly only cliff jumps? Also looking at buying a camera helmet for skydiving soon what would be the best type that i could eventually transfer over to using for base filming. or are they all really to bad protection. Also been looking around at the full body armors and stuff whats the main thing a base jumper looks for in there armor. and what brands do they tend to use. Thanks in advance Life is Great. hey its alot better than stacking shelfs in a supermarket at night =). work days and get more money, and not only cleaning windows also work on skyscrapers getting build. running cable, siliconing cracks, handrails etc, and your not hanging in a harness for 8 hours. you have a plank seat you sit on so as long as your sitting in the seat. the weight is off the harness =) Life is Great. Heya all, Just wanted to brag a bit. Just got a new job as a high rise window cleaner. cant wait start next wednesday =) what could be better than absailing down skyscrapers all day. and im sure i can learn a bit about roof top access from the job =) Life is Great. Even Greater what we do with it.

I face the back of the plane and do a back flip. pitch in a head down if i do a slow backflip i even see the tail fly past me =). cool as hell to see your canopy deploying infront of you =) Life is Great. Even Greater what we do with it.

To me it looks like 2 guys jumped off one with a second parachute. they had a line going from the second jumper to his second parachute. cutaway and that line static lined his second parachute. just a guess Life is Great. Even Greater what we do with it.

Heya's i was wondering if anyone knew how i could find out what size my Talon 2 is. i brought it second hand with a saber 170 in it. i cant for the life of me find any thing to indicate the container size. i just was curious to see what downsizing capabilities this container has. its a American Talon 2. Maybe instead of asking for a free one... ask for one at cost price to the company. then the company itself isnt losing money. and they are still providing excellent service Life is Great. Even Greater what we do with it.

This weekend i was flying a Saber 190.. i flared the canopy and then buried one toggle and let the other up. it actually put me into spinning line twists.. got 2 twists in the lines before i kicked outta them. bit of a wake up call but i done this at 4,000 feet. I was just wondering. Do many base jumpers actually rock climb cliff's to get to exit points? would the rig get in the way or make rock climbing more akward? or does the rockclimbing gear get in the way when you want to make the jump? Life is Great. Even Greater what we do with it.

i dont mind. i get shit for most my exits. i had never done a exit standing outside the door.. so i thought i would try one. we have a handle above our door. i put one arm up got a grip of the handle. then put my body and other arm out to grab on handle with second hand. as i was putting my body out i exposed a bit to much and got a fair bit of wind blowing on me and i couldnt get my other grip so i just had to let go. proceded to do a back flip out the door. amusing. i asked my instructor the proper way to climb out so i know for next time =). Heya all. Iv recently finished my AFF jumps done a few solo's since. i was landing unassisted by jump 3. and have stood up 90% of my landings. iv been fairly stable in the air and keep my heading well. seem to be able to do spins. barrel rolls. backloops all perfectly fine. but my exits are horrible i always seem to tumble out i get stable very very quickly its just the initial tumble. iv had lots of instructors tell me things, look up at the plane. really stick your pelvis out. arch arch arch. but nothing is seeming to work for me. any advise is appreciated. i really wanna nail these exits and then start on my B-rels. as a bad exit seems to ruin a whole dive with other people. Hello i came across a jumpsuit that fit me very well. it was a RWS Rel suit. booties, grippers, seeems to have a lycra section on the back. a protective section on ass etc =) the suit was in excellent condition the onle area i could see worn was the booties other than that like new. the price on it was $250 AUS. which works out to be like $170us. im a complete newbie when it comes to suits but this is the first one that i have came across that fits me is it a good buy. and are they quality suits. im a newbie so this is just a guess. but would grabbing the rear risers and collapsing your canopy take enough tension off the brake lines to release your finger? Life is Great. Even Greater what we do with it.
