Yup, Ubuntu kicks ass, using Automatix I got everything working properly, even got 3d working on my Nvidia card with TV-Out. Took me nearly 2 days when I first attempted it on my first linux install a few years back. "This isn't an iron lung, people. You can actually disconnect and not die." -Dave

Thequestion was notreally about which distro I'd use (although I'm leaning to Ubuntu, the only time I'm using XP at home nowadays is ifI want to play games) rather is their an easy reliable application that includes sendmail etc in an easy to use way without fucking around with conf files too much. Apologies if I didn't make that perfectly cromulent in my original post.

I'm on good terms with most although there is one that we cross the street if we see each other. That one kinda ended very badly and by the end the only thing we could agree on was that we wanted nothing to do with each other ever again. Hi guys I'm doing a job for a charity FOC and need to set them up with a mail server for about 7 users. Normally I do MS stuff and would stick in an Exchange box but their budget (zero) wont stretch to that and I'm thinking of sticking in a Linux box. I've messed around a bit with Red Hat, Mandrake and Ubunutu. SO heres the question, does anyone have any reccomendations on easy to install/configure reliable package I could use, preferabbly something thats got a nice GUI on it? I'd rather not spend too much time on it due to the FOC nature of the job. Thanks in advance James And yes I have googled this but I'd thought I'd see what folkshere have to say.
