yes and no...water is H2O so there has to be oxygen... I think skycat means no free oxygen - so the oxygen fugacity is very low. That's a plus, means the stuff under water won't rust as fast.... Scars remind us that the past is real

No, you don't want any thing else but this. I will never use any other kind of camp stove. I am sold on the Jet Boil. hmm. I've never tried a jet boil. It'll have to be pretty damn good to beat out a whisper lite. My old one met with an untimely demise in the Sierras. I loved that thing.... A GOOD friend was going to see about getting me one.... Everyone is making a big deal about how toxic the water in N.O. is. They also say the water needs to be pumped out. So what are they going to do? Fill up Lake Ponchatrain with toxic water? Pump the toxic water into the Mississippi? I haven't heard anyone talk of cleaning or treating the water before it's pumped out (hell how would they do it anyway?) Ok, this solves the mystery...I get online this morning with a box full of pm's about Dakota and I'm wondering - 'how in the hell did everyone find out???" now I know! Thanks for the thoughts. He was the first dog that I felt I connected with. He was a big baby for sure. I've got his name tag on my key ring now. He lived his entire life on a dropzone and I buried him on a dropzone. He died doing exactly what he loved to do - running wide open with his tongue trailing a mile behind him - we should all be so lucky. I just finished up my chapter on motion so naturally freefall and terminal velocity were discussed. I almost fell out when I saw the pic in the text book - had to be from the late 70s early 80s. So to give the students a better idea of what skydiving is today, we spent the last half of the class watching skydiving videos.... I've never had so much fun teaching a class before!!!
