    What got us through the many months of long runs, training, and bullshit - look at your buddy on your right. look at your buddy on your left. They are counting on you. They will need you. It may be just a term paper, but don't let them down. It's easy to let yourself down, but when you're buddies are counting on you - makes it much tougher to quit. As for the academic stuff - after 12+ years of it - well, it sure beats sitting in a foxhole with water up to your chin. Jump Scars remind us that the past is real

    Huh???? I've read all of Patrick O'briens books and that's never been a story line. Capt. A is british through and through. And in the book Capt A and the Sophie's take on the Cacafuego - twice their size! Haven't seen it yet but can't wait. Anybody else an O'brien addict??     Same with me. I make a fist and use it to close the door. You still get shocked, but the surface area is much larger than one finger, therefore the charge density you are getting is a lot less.
