I have never heard of this before - I have images in my head of the canopy getting sucked into and twirrrrrled around the rotating brusher bar, then getting knocked over and spilling dirt and yucky old vaccccumed up stuff all over a container.

Disingenuous score 10.0, as usual for you. I never said they didn't get a no-bid contract, I (correctly) refuted akarunway's claim that Haliburton got a no-bid contract to rebuild. That contract was WON by BECHTEL after a bidding process. I think you need to go back and re-read what he ACTUALLY wrote and what he was ACTUALLY responding to. Hint - it was a hypothetical future event. It could be construed that way... and also as the commonly-held fallacy that "Bush gave Haliburton the no bid contract". The US government under the Bush administrtion has given no-bid contracts in Iraq to both Halliburton and Bechtel. It is, therefore, reasonable to hypothesize that it might happen again under this administration. Simple, really. Clinton got a blowjob...
