See above post. I was trying to get her to select one and express an opinion. I think it is pretty well impossible to exhaust all options. In philosophy class, there was always the old "lifeboat" live/die scenarios. They were unrealistic at best, but they did stir discussion. Same technique. Okay, so sink or swim/live or die? With the options you gave, I would probably SINK and DIE!!! Just a personal choice... ***************************************** Blondes do have more fun!

Plenty of options in real life. Just thought I would get your opinion on those options. "I would rather be...(choice) because...(reasons)." Now I still don't know what you think. "I don't like HS" is a statement, but I was interested in the "why". Personally, I draw little distinction between: a- women who work in porn movies and appear on HS to promote it, b- women who take off their clothes in other movies and are treated as "serious" actresses. c- women who sleep with rich guys. Interesting; I can see your point there, I'm just not sure I totally agree. What I can tell you is that I have no part in any of the above and never plan to... I don't need to use sex or sex appeal for money, because I HAVE A BRAIN! ***************************************** Blondes do have more fun!

Ok, from a womans point of view: Would you rather be: a- Ruth Bader Ginsberg. Known for brains, not looks. Supreme court justice, obviously incredibly hard working person who has established a career through enormous hard work. b- Miss America. Known for good looks, not brains. However, you will marry the Governor of Kentucky, choose if you wish to work, and will live a life of luxury. c- Porn queen. Known for looks, not brains. You didn't have certain advantages in early life, but now make $300K a year on your website and have total freedom. You also appear on HS to show your boobies like 5,000 times before. Wow, like there are no other options for women... Does that mean that to be pretty I have to be stupid? Because I may not think I'm gorgeous or a genius, but I believe that I am attractive and smart, and I don't have to settle for ANY of those stereotypes. ***************************************** Blondes do have more fun!

Okay, here it is. I've flipped by the show on TV showing what's going on with Stern's radio show. Have you seen the women who go on this show? Women with no self-respect, total fakes, and usually quite unintelligent! I hate Howard Stern... I really despise Howard Stern. There are few people that I tolerate less than Howard Stern. However, I would never request that he be banned, you know, freedom of speech and all that. Sometimes it's just a matter of "creative financing"... rearranging the funds and such. "This bill's not due yet, so it can be paid after I make so many jumps" or "this credit card says 0 due this month, we'll just put it off another month..." ***************************************** Blondes do have more fun!

Wow, I think your plan actually sounds really good. It's motivating but not restrictive and in a way, allows the students to learn at their own pace. As for the drivers license motivation, I'm all for it. TX already holds back eligibility for a drivers license until the age of 18 if a student drops out of school, but the desire to drive is a great motivating force, and I think you've got a great idea there. ***************************************** Blondes do have more fun!
