I buy LOTS of stuff on half.com. That's where I got my laptop; it was a company lease Dell computer that had been wiped clean and reconfigured, only a year old, and it's fabulous. I got it for $395. Great deal, considering I looked up a new one with all the same specs, and it was like $1300. Half.com is where I've bought all the books I've needed for the CAD courses I've been taking, all brand new, and literally 1/2 the price of anywhere else. ***************************************** Blondes do have more fun!

I would pick Spanish, since most southern states are pretty much forced bilingual anyways. You're probably right... can't even get a job in Texas if you don't speak Spanish! I think we should be more proactive at teaching languages at younger ages. Texas schools are doing this now; many schools are beginning Spanish in elementary school, where the mind is still super-absorbant and learns quickly. Also, the majority of school systems, when I was in high school just 8 years ago, didn't require a foreign language class; now they are requiring at least 2 years, and more for advanced placement or IB classes. It's become much more important in daily life to speak another language, which is why I really want my SO to keep trying to teach me German, even though I get frustrated a lot and am learning at an extremely low rate (mostly due to the frustration). ***************************************** Blondes do have more fun!

I'm happy with the choices; then again, I only have 10 jumps, from only two carriers (Caravan and Otter), and I DEFINITELY prefer the Otter, although I'm a lot more comfortable with the Caravan than I was at first. ***************************************** Blondes do have more fun!

I'm going to have to look at that picture again. I didn't see any of that. Sounds like you're giving me a sarcastic attitude. What I mean is, if the car was his, and she took it in the divorce, whether she felt she had a right to it or the judge felt she did, I hope there was something that was worthy of those feelings. Something along the lines of "he played golf more often than he spent time with me" is not worthy of a car. Especially something like that. All I'm saying is that women have developed a bad habit of taking everything from men in a divorce when, most of the time, they don't really deserve shit! A lot of times, they are just as much to blame as the man, so I don't feel it's appropriate for them to take anything. And I would feel the same about a man taking from the woman... ***************************************** Blondes do have more fun! -
By your definition, I'm an American. Took Spanish in high school and have family who speak it fluently, but what I learned in school wasn't practical, so I never really learned the language. If someone speaks slowly enough, I can catch a little of it, but not a lot. My boyfriend is trying to teach me German, and I've learned a few short phrases, but by no means am I close to fluent! My boyfriend, however, speaks fluent English, German, Spanish, and Italian. It makes me proud!

As I said, he lost his cool, and that happens to everyone now and again. But one example compared to how many opportunities? I've seen him get really upset and disgusted by something someone says, and yet, he's is 99% of the time able to shrug it off and "let the viewers decide". ***************************************** Blondes do have more fun!

What....no hilarous voicemail to listen to.....whazup with that????? Any certain reason for drinking Tequila????? Um, ya, it was there! Haha! Actually, I really like tequila, I just usually stick to beer; it's a lot cheaper that way. Also, I live in a dry area with semi-dry cities surrounding. So, I can drive about 5-10 miles for beer, but I have to go nearly 30 miles for liquor. So I only drink it when it's there most of the time. My boyfriend had some that had been sitting around for awhile, so I finished it off! Next time, DD me, I'd love to hear from you or have an entertaining vc mail! ***************************************** Blondes do have more fun!

I second that, also I do believe toe hair is gross too. An exbf of mine (not the last one) had hair on his big toe and one night while he was asleep I waxed it. Needless to say he was asleep no more and pretty pissed off...thus he is my ex.. LOL! Great story! BTW, I love the avatar! I made one drunk dial and passed out shortly thereafter; it had been a long week, I was tired anyway, and it's been a long time since I drank tequila!!! Not to mention that on O'Reilly, for one, he never totally bashes anyone. He'll argue his point, and when the conversation is over, he'll shrug, say "I disagree with you, but that's your opinion", and let it slide. Other programs are similar. The discussions may become heated, but it's always fair and balanced in the fact that everyone is allowed to state their opinion, whether someone else disagrees or not. ***************************************** Blondes do have more fun!

I actually don't sunbathe at all...my skin is too fair for that. I've got that extremely light skin tone that burns without first tanning, then peels instead of fading into a tan. Since I've been outside a lot at the DZ, it hasn't been quite so bad, but then when I'm there, I go in and out of the building a lot to minimize the length of exposure--several short stays in the sun are much easier to handle than one long one! ***************************************** Blondes do have more fun!

That's kick-ass! Congrats! I had a couple of friends working on the bonfire when it collapsed; one broke an arm, and the other got a concussion, but they came out pretty well.
