    At our DZ there is no minimum age to do a tandem. (That's what Mic told me) He said he took up a 13 year old once and that another tandem master took a ten year old. He said that they do it as long as their parents were on the property, and that they video taped their consent to let their children go. He said as long as they were big enough to fit in the harness that they could jump. (But this is only for tandem jumps)

    This post reminds me of my first solo jump durring my program. I exited the plane with an instructor on either side of me, I commenced to tumble for 6000 feet, and the whole time Scott was there with me fighting to get me stable. When we were on the ground I was so impressed that he never gave up on me. Don't worry, I'm much better now.

    So earlier this month I bought one for my mother on ebay for Christmas. I know it's early but it was a good deal. It came the other day and upon closer inspection it seems that it has lived the beginning of its life in a smokers house. So I want to clean it up and make it all pretty before dec. Can I just use soap and water, or will this some way damage the paint on it? Any help would be appreciated.

    Okay I'm not saying this to be a shit disturber... But I hear (I have no proof, I'm just supposing) that some skydivers commit sucide skydiving. Could this be a similar case? Maybe he sabotaged his rig to make it look like murder so his family could get the life insurance.
