  1. According to your link, they have already gotten the message
  2. Elon Musk says the coronavirus response is stupid and has set an example by tweeting to his flock that he will be going to work. There you have it folks, the smartest man on the planet says "nothing to see here" https://finance.yahoo.com/news/musk-signals-tesla-fremont-plant-052407184.html
  3. No, it is what preppers have been preparing for.
  4. “Carbon dioxide and other 'greenhouse gas' emissions from humanactivity...appear to have only a very small impact on global climate," and "Global cooling has presented serious problems for humansociety and the environment throughout history while global warming has generally been highly beneficial.” She simply stated the truth.
  5. Trump declare a state of emergency, cancel the election and make himself king.
  6. Moderate??? Here in Pennsylvania we are at DEFCON 1. All of the liquor stores were closed until further notice as of 9pm yesterday.
  7. No, his poor performance virtually assures that Biden/Sanders will be our next president, the markets responded accordingly.
  8. One Serbian with a revolver brought down czarist Russia and Germany.
  9. Well then, lets expand that to the rest of the world. Just think how less devastating war would be if no one had any weapons. You have fired my imagination. I don't know why anyone else has ever thought of this before?!?!?! Just get rid of all weapons and nobody would be killed. It is brilliant in its simplicity!!!!
  10. While we are at it, let's take away all weapons from the police and the military, then everyone would be safe.
  11. Sounds like global warming. It is here, it is devastating, it is worse than we thought, but we just cant detect it yet.
  12. So if we just banned AR-15s this never would have happened? I'm confused (understandable as I am easy confused) but just what would have prevented this tragedy? A ban on ARs, AKs, high capacity magazines, semi-autos, or a complete firearms ban and confiscation of all guns? You seem to take potshots from the cheap seats, but you never engage in a substantive manner. Eagerly awaiting your obfuscation.
  13. The stock market is a future indicator. It doesn't worry about the current situation it prices in future difficulties. Roosevelt (D) Clinton (D) Obama (spread your wealth around) (D) Biden/Sanders (D)
  14. Mabey one rule for those who travel abroad, go on cruises, interact with a lot of people who interact with a lot of other people, etc. etc. IOW, a test for those at risk. NBA stars, politicians, movie stars. A classic case of influencea.... while the poor folks in West Virginia have to suffer through no tests.....oh, and BTW no coronavirus
  15. In your case it seems to be testicular deficiency.
  16. Yes, with gas prices plummeting, folks will be clamoring to pay a $10,000+ premium for the limited range of EVs. Meanwhile, in the real world, https://www.chevrolet.com/performance/corvette
  17. https://www.vox.com/2020/3/15/21180506/coronavirus-poll-democrats-republicans-trump Since Democrats pack themselves into densely populated cities, they have good reason to worry.
  18. It wasn't a troll, it is a response to the National Geographic article claiming that polar bears were in peril from climate change. From my link; "As Michele Moses recently explained in The New Yorker, scientists accused National Geographic of “being loose with the facts.” There was no evidence, many pointed out, that the bear’s condition was the result of climate change. The bear simply could have been old, ill, or suffering from a degenerative disease. Mittermeier admitted as much a year later. “I can’t say that this bear was starving because of climate change,” she wrote in National Geographic.
  19. Ten years latter...... https://fee.org/articles/the-myth-that-the-polar-bear-population-is-declining/
  20. http://icecap.us/index.php/go/joes-blog/addendum_to_our_research_report_on_validity_of_gast_and_the_endangerment_fi/ "There were just 26 stations in 1880, only 4 in the southern hemisphere. Even in 1900, the 664 global stations was only 2.8% of the number in 2000. Temperatures over oceans, which covered 71% of the globe, were measured along shipping routes mainly in the Northern Hemisphere erratically and with varying measurement methods. absolutely no credible grid level temperature data existed over the period from 1880 to 2000 in the Southern Hemisphere’s oceans (covering 80.9% of the Southern Hemisphere)" I guess you mean, "second warmest winter in the last twenty years" (after they manipulate the data) Sounds terrifying, where are my dead polar bears?
  21. Of course I would have. It is very simple really, one has a theory, one makes projections/predictions based on that theory and then it is compared to observation. If it doesn't agree with observation, it is WRONG. (to paraphrase RF) AGW theory predicted: more and stronger hurricanes, more tornadoes, growing deserts, less food, and fewer polar bears. What we got was: no change in hurricanes, FEWER tornadoes, SHRINKING deserts, MORE food and MORE polar bears. Instead of going back to the drawing board and learning from their mistakes, instead they change their predictions AFTER a particular event occured (polar vortex, and slower hurricanes to give a few examples)
  22. That is a good point, nearly half of our business is from international students.
  23. I think Trump went medieval on the coronavirus when somebody mentioned that he was in a high risk group.
