At Coachella you have to camp outside the festival and walk in but at Bonnoroo you actually drive in and camp and you're already inside the gates. No, of course it doesn't! Someone already pointed you in this direction. And that thread is why I made the assumption. If the primary key is not the username but an autoincrementing number that never changes, no accountability is going to be lost...at least for those who have direct access to the database.
