Hopefully my simple Q (thats short for question) wont cause any underserved flaming...It's just a simple Q....CYA (cover your ass) As most members of this great site/forums know....certain greenies are moderators for certain forums...ie:skymama for introductions and greetings.....so my Q is....can another greenie delete or move threads from a forum that they are not listed as a moderator? Of course HH has complete control...but do all moderators have greenie power in all forums?....or do some greenies have more liberties/seniorty than others? Remember folks....its just a simple Q....no need to go off the deep end and start flaming/getting snarky......just curious is all

While I do understand the need to keep cars and people of the streets during a cleanup like this....I have a serious problem when I am threatened with a $1000 fine and taking my car. Halifax amalgated with all of the surrounding cities and comunities several years ago and covers a very large area....I live over 30km from the actual city(in the boonies so to speak) all the main roads have been cleared(still working on the side streets) but this cerfew still applies to me....and others that live over a hour away from the actual city. Maybe Big Brother isnt the term I should have used but the local government has screwed up....they did not consider all the factors....what about poor fred who works the backshift at the tiddle winks factory...he's been in bed asleep all evening(they only anounced this cerfew this evening)...on his way to work he's pulled over fined $1000 and has his car impounded.. The cerfew is total BS....the morons at city hall have screwed up.

Well we had a total of 95cm (37.5in) come down in 24 hours.....I actually got lucky with the drifting....the 6ft drift that was at the end of my drive last night leveled off to about 3 ft

You sir are correct...after hurricane Juan...we should be prepared for shit(no power)...oooopsy...didnt learn the lesson(DeN smacks himself)....but I did prepare by hitting the liquore store and buying smokes before it started...afterall...beer and smokes are the priorty....arnt they?
