On February 14, the FAA released its plan to revamp Air Traffic Control to a cost-based system funded by a combination of user fees, fuel taxes, and the general fund. Though the FAA has not yet finalized all details, it does say that “Air traffic user fees would apply to commercial flights by turbine-powered aircraft (jets and turboprops).” Exactly how the rates will be structured is still to be determined, but there would be separate fees for en route, terminal, and other airspace. The FAA intends to introduce congestion fees for those that use the airspace around the 30 large, congested hub airports. Whether those fees would be restricted to the surrounding Class B airspace, or beyond, is not specified. The FAA also proposes an increase in the federal fuel tax to 70 cents per gallon on both avgas (currently taxed at 19.3 cents per gallon) and jet fuel (currently taxed at 21.8 cents per gallon). Already, there are many in Congress who have expressed displeasure and disagreement with the administration’s proposal. Clearly there will be a political battle before this is decided. Hi......1st off...I am automotive mechanic.....Canadian Class A Interprovincial,ASE Master Tech,ASE Advanced Engine Performance,etc.etc. and closer to 20 years licened then I like to admit. As usual on these forums when a automotive question is asked all the people who think they know about cars start to spout off....some with decient advice others .....well .....well I think you mean to say the Powertrain Control Module (PCM)......I cant say if its needed or not....would need alot more info to give a opinion on that......however I will say that I have seen many a problem misdiagnosed and PCM's replaced needlessly. As long as there are no caliper problems etc.....a simple front brake job on a 95 Saturn is not expensive...both pads and rotors are quite cheap from a aftermarket store. How worn are they...did he/she give you a percentage of pad left and general condition of rotors/calipers etc?? OK...here we get a little more serious pertaining to the brake fluid leak...any brake leak is BAD.....That era of saturn is common for leaking wheel cylinders however the severaty(spel) of the leak is what you need to know....are they just "seaping" or are they leaking?? OK I have no freaking idea what your talking about....either you misheard what he/she said....or they are really bad crooks....I'd bet you misheard DO get a second opinion!!!.....get everything written out in detail...scan and post here....I may be able to help

Hookit...are you suggesting to clean the entire canopy and lines in the solvent? Or is the solvent best used to spot clean? The OP seems to have a problem where the entire canopy and lines may have been introduced to a "oily residue in salt water".......How would you suggest adressing this?

Did the newb correct to the right under canopy as well? what would you contribute this to?...lack of training...poor retention of the info during training..etc etc???
