    Well, I had my first reserve ride on Saturday. Yep already bought my beer. I dumped and got two line twists and it kept on turning (Sam 136) with me on my belly. Took one look, said "F*ck That" and chop and pop. The bad part was I threw the handles. I looked at it and the whole one side was flying fine but the other looked like a ball of SH*T. Thought it was a popped toggle but when I checked the canopy, both where still stowed. Ow well, I packed it.... Thanks to Dewy I have my Freebag. Thanks again and I still you him about 60 more beers. I called my rigger (Angela at Lake Wales) today and said "THANK YOU, and what bottle do you want?".... Airborne Blue Skies, No Wind Feet and Knees Together

    The best Mentor, the one who tells you a rule then always follows them. My Mentor is Mary. She took me under her wing my first year at Quincy and ever since, she has squared me away. The military is very big on "Leading by Example". Well, Mary does. I have tried to do my skydiving career after that principle and sometimes it works and other times, I fail. When I do, I have her to bounce the event off of and find out what really should have been done. The very best part of Mentor Mary is, she is also a friend. Thanks again and Lead by Example.     First, glad to see that you are going to be OK. Though a sore BUTT for a while. I'm a flat flier and on track off, the low person has the right of way but it takes two. Next time, TRACK YOUR BUTT OFF I play in Big Ways and that is the key to survival. Rule: always clean air at 2000 feet. Again, glad to see you are going to be OK.
