  8. i guess we can all pick our battles, but there is an AIDS program out there to run too: http://www.fightaidsathome.org/index.asp keep in mind that the client programs can all pun simultaniously on some machines, i.e. i have the SETI software running (it does not have to be your screen saver to process info) and this at the same time, in the background, running in my taskbar. if you have 50 MB of ram laying around, you might be able to run at least 2 of these programs.
  9. turbine dzs? do you mean larger aircraft? they got a 2 engine beech 99 at grove city, new last year... (still a newbie... not sure on all the lingo!;))
  10. i feel the pain. i am more the irrational type tho, and skydiving is taking a big part of my life. think of what you would rather have, i.e. no debt or a few jumps, and see what feels better to have. try to integrate both. i involve my SO in my activities, and put a little away, but spend some also on my hobbies. i study less and could get farther in my career, but i work to live, not the reverse. its a about compromise, and skydiving is something you can integrate i feel if you try!
