  1. Yup, boogie this weekend at Titusville. I'll be there. Fabian, Juliana and Joao will be there (it's kind of their boogie...) I think that Nancy from Ouragan Suits will be there with some suits too. Wind Tunnel and Skydiving Coach http://www.ariperelman.com

  3. Even if the two canopies were identical other than the fact that one has airlocks and one doesn't this alone would still make them two completely different canopies. (I am in no way implying that they are the same other than airlocks.) Wind Tunnel and Skydiving Coach http://www.ariperelman.com
  4. Yeah, we went down to the last one just to check it out and ended up sitting in traffic for about 2 hours on I4 and ended up parking just off the exit and walking to the tunnel It was very cool to check out and I'll definitely be flying in this upcoming one!
  5. The Ranch IS in the states, it's in NY.. Wind Tunnel and Skydiving Coach http://www.ariperelman.com

  7. This is the Search 5. There's also a Freefly search coming up too. Wind Tunnel and Skydiving Coach http://www.ariperelman.com
  8. I have attended a previous search and it was excellent! You can expect top quality coaching, tunnel time, beer, meet cool people, etc. It's totally worth it! Wind Tunnel and Skydiving Coach http://www.ariperelman.com

  10. Jupiter is great too. I have on Rachmaninoff Piano Concerto #3 right now. Anything by Rachmaninoff is amazing. Wind Tunnel and Skydiving Coach http://www.ariperelman.com
  11. At about 600 jumps I went to a Stiletto 120 putting my W/L at about 1.45 and I have absolutely no desire at all to downsize because I am no where near flying this canopy to its limit. Wind Tunnel and Skydiving Coach http://www.ariperelman.com
  12. Actually it's more expensive and more addictive... Welcome to the tunnel rickfri, glad you enjoyed it! Wind Tunnel and Skydiving Coach http://www.ariperelman.com
  13. Sweet, I'm glad you found it helpful. Any time you guys want to get back in there just let me know. I also attached the image from the PD website that has you in it. Nice jumpsuit! edit - spelling Wind Tunnel and Skydiving Coach http://www.ariperelman.com
  14. It's a very well done DVD and is very informative. You can see every exit and every block. The blocks you can see at full speed and half speed. I highly recommend it, it's definitely worth the money if you're into 4-way. Wind Tunnel and Skydiving Coach http://www.ariperelman.com
  15. Yeah Chris, thanks for putting that together, it was a lot of fun. I learned a lot like how much my setups absolutely suck in high winds! I look forward to the next one
  16. It sounds like she really wants this to happen and is working hard towards her goal. With determination like that she's bound to acheive it. She's already put more in to it then a lot of people who do skydive and she hasn't even made a jump yet. Go Kim, you can do it!
  17. I glance at my alti as I'm setting up my approach, but once I turn onto my final leg I only use my eyes for judging when to start my turn. Every now and then if I'll glance at my alti just before starting my turn to get a rough idea of what the altitude is but I never rely on it. If my eyes tell me it's time to go then I do. If my eyes tell me I'm too low but my alti says I'm at 1000 feet then I don't swoop. Wind Tunnel and Skydiving Coach http://www.ariperelman.com
  18. And I'm coming for you Ian! Oh and BTW it's all fun and games till somebody loses an eye, then is becomes a scavenger hunt Wind Tunnel and Skydiving Coach http://www.ariperelman.com
  19. The meet went great and there were NO injuries at all! Pete Allum had a monster 418 foot swoop that he stood up! Jay Moledski had a 412 foot swoop. The standings as best I can remember are: 1) Jay Moledski 2) Tyler Lawson - he competed in Intermediate! 3) Ian Bobo 4) Thomas Hughes 5) Pete Allum ... 8) Nate Gilbert 9) Sonic 10) Kaz Sheeky 11) Ari Perelman There were a total of 27 competitors at the meet edited to add Lawson after Tyler Wind Tunnel and Skydiving Coach http://www.ariperelman.com
  20. Nice pics, I love that look on your face in the first one! That's a nice looking sitfly you have there too, looks like you've got some tunnel time Wind Tunnel and Skydiving Coach http://www.ariperelman.com
  21. I don't know if it is exactly what you are asking but PD had a lot of their sponsored jumpers jumping the Katanas (as well as PD's own test jumpers) and has asked for those back. Wind Tunnel and Skydiving Coach http://www.ariperelman.com
  22. I would suggest changing the way you build the Yuan to the more standard way of building it. Doing it this way will also give the outside center and tail a much smaller move. I've attached a picture. I haven't looked at the second one yet. Glad to see that you're still thinking about 4-way over there Wind Tunnel and Skydiving Coach http://www.ariperelman.com
  23. To directly answer your questions: No, this does not irritate me in the least. Everyone who pays for their products. We are also picking up the bill for the manufacturers' rent, their office supplies, the paid vacation time of the employees on salary. We are paying for every one of their expenses including advertising. Part of their advertising is paying other people to use their equipment - sponsorship. This is a normal part of business practices and exists in every business. In order for people to buy your product they first have to know about it. edited for spelling Wind Tunnel and Skydiving Coach http://www.ariperelman.com
  24. Depending on the sponsorship deal you have worked out sometimes it belongs to PD somoetimes it belongs to you. I bought a sponsored canopy off of a sponsored jumper. If the canopy was owned by the manufacturer the jumper would not have been allowed to sell it to me. Wind Tunnel and Skydiving Coach http://www.ariperelman.com
