I would give the guy a few chances to let me out then I would push him out. Harsh I know, but I don't want to die because some fuck can't think in a high pressure situation. Alternately, if I was the guy without a parachute, I would let the pilot jump and grab the controls and try to crash land. not to mention rebreaking a broken limb is about 10x as painful as the original break. It usually breaks up a lot more than the original. But taking it easy is for pussies! Ive been always taught to insure a smooth pull, kinda bang on the pilot chute once youve inserted it.
