  1. I think the election us up for grabs right now. The republicans have a good shot. So do the Dems. We shall see. Right now I'm not really impressed with any candidate. Everyone - feel free to write me in. JACKASS '08 Vinny the Anvil Post Traumatic Didn't Make The Lakers Syndrome is REAL JACKASS POWER!!!!!!
  2. Thoughts and prayers for all. I jumped at Snohomish a couple of times and really liked everyone there. Vinny the Anvil Post Traumatic Didn't Make The Lakers Syndrome is REAL JACKASS POWER!!!!!!
  3. I'm not ashamed of voting Republican or Democrat or Libertarian (yes, I've voted for them) any time I've voted and feel I've made the correct choice every time. Vinny the Anvil Post Traumatic Didn't Make The Lakers Syndrome is REAL JACKASS POWER!!!!!!
  4. Hmmm...what makes you think I would vote for a left-winger whom I think would do a worse job than the other viable choice? It's not that libertarians who repeatedly vote Republican in national elections aren't voting against their principles...they're voting for the lesser of two evils. The Democrats put up candidates so unpalatable that they leave libertarians little choice BUT to vote against the Democratic candidate by voting FOR the republican one rather than their own libertarian candidate. Voting for Bush doesn't necessarily equate to approval of all of his policies. It could also equate to utter disdain for the policies of his opponent. That earns Republican candidates more votes than you know... Vinny the Anvil Post Traumatic Didn't Make The Lakers Syndrome is REAL JACKASS POWER!!!!!!
  5. I voted for him, am here in the Middle East and headed up into Iraq again next week. Most of the folks over here voted for him as well. Then again I haven't been very vocal lately...and don't classify myself as a neo-con...rather a hypocritical libertarian. Thoroughly unimpressed with the field of candidates in both parties running in '08. I'll be 35 by then...perhaps I should do a write-in campaign. Madame Clinton voted to go to war based upon the best available intelligence available to her at the time. Do you think her daughter should be in service? There are plenty of women over here, after all... There are plenty of folks from both parties not serving for their own individual reasons. I tend to like the all-volunteer force concept myself and respect their choice not to serve.

  13. It's not the gay thing, it's the seduction of youngsters that's disgusting...as was the standing ovation. Then again, look who was clapping! Ted Kennedy! Vinny the Anvil Post Traumatic Didn't Make The Lakers Syndrome is REAL JACKASS POWER!!!!!!
  14. Mr. Craig resigns under pressure from his own party...Gerry Studds...well, the standing ovation really says it all, doesn't it? Vinny the Anvil Post Traumatic Didn't Make The Lakers Syndrome is REAL JACKASS POWER!!!!!!
  15. Interesting. From a security standpoint - not good. From an economic standpoint, it will have some interesting ramifications. Due to union BS, major American ports are operating archaic port control and cargo unloading systems. If Mazatlan or other ports just south of hte border were to modernize and the goods easily shipped via truck to the US, it would cut down on shipping costs. Look for more ships to pull into Mexican ports and fewer and fewer into Seattle and LA as a result of this. Vinny the Anvil Post Traumatic Didn't Make The Lakers Syndrome is REAL JACKASS POWER!!!!!!

  17. Interesting list. Sexual predators disgust me. Nobody has ever told me why Bill Bennett shouldn't conduct legal activities with his own legally gained money. Must be that freedom thing that many leftists have an issue with. Malign him with the ignorant by stating that Mr. Bennett's legal use of his own legally gotten money makes his points irrelevant. The difference between the conservatives and liberals are how the rank and file react to the criminal activity such people. Examine the following list and see how many of the criminals below were ostracized from their party by the rank and file. How ARE Sandy Berger and Massachussetts' more conservative Senator doing these days? 24. I have never liked the winner take all concept for the disposition of a State's electoral college votes. I support option two. There are other states that do the same thing. I hope the initiative becomes law. If the Dem's hate it, then at least 75% of the time it is a great idea. This falls within that 75%.
