I've thought about it. But I'm a bit too big, and the door would be difficult to open from the inside. Climbing on top has occurred to me. FallRate

Actually, if you ship with FedEx Ground it does move separately from the freight handled by FedEx Express. The companies are both owned by The FedEx Corporation but operate almost entirely independent of one another. Express handles one, two and three day packages and freight. Ground handles the other. You can drop a Ground package off at a FedEx Express location, but it is later picked up by a Ground driver and processed within their own system. It does happen that FedEx will move a ground piece on the Express side, but it is rare. Also, even within Express one day and two or three day packages do not necessarily ship together. The one day will be sorted overnight and arrive in the destination city the next morning. While the bulk of the two and three day packages and freight will be sorted the day after shipping during the morning and flown to the destination cities in the afternoon or evening. As for delivery dates. An attempt can be made to deliver a package earlier than intended but quite often this is avoided. If there is a specific commit date for the package then it is assumed that the shipper and/or the recipient will make plans to have someone available to take delivery on the specified day. The routes are rather tight and taking an extra stop when there is a very good chance that no one will be available to receive it, burns time and fuel. Some packages are shipped on Wednesday or Thursday with a Saturday commit, at greater expense than overnight, because they specifically want the package delivered on Saturday and no earlier. Also, while it is sometimes possible to deliver a package a day or two early (particularly on Monday) it tends to cause problems when some customers come to expect that a two day package will arrive after one day, because this has occurred in the past. If you really want to get your package as soon as possible, you can call the local FedEx Station, Ground or Express, depending on how it was shipped and ask them to either hold it for pick-up or expedite the shipment. Expediting usually entails a surcharge though. And if it was shipped Express and it's late, then be sure to get your refund on the shipping costs. FallRate

The article points out that he didn't fall down. So he is still officially, less clumsy than Ford. Now if you're thinking that the pretzel incident puts him over the top, it normally would, but the fact that Ford went down twice on the stairs keeps him in the lead. FallRate FallRate

KILL THE COWS!!!! (more steak for all of us...temporarily)
FallRate replied to cgross's topic in The Bonfire
So what we're saying here is that it was a good, enviro-conscious act to desimate the buffalo populations in North America? (I imagine they fart about as often as cows.) So this is one less thing to feel guilty about...cool. FallRate -
If they are now 17, then it depends from where one is posting as to whether or not it would be considered pedophilia. However, I'm fairly certain that if they were to appear in Maxim next year, I would feel rather perverse viewing the pictures. FallRate

I doubt that. The only reason so few ghosts appear to us is that the Other Side won't allow it. If everyone knew what a great time they are having, we'd all opt for the premature departure route. Well, at least the voices tell me so. FallRate

Decision makers? If you happen to come across the individual who made the call to gas the opera house, take whatever this person says with a grain of salt. FallRate
