It was great to see you Lisa and I had a blast on the few jumps that we did manage to get in. I didn't really think the tunnel stuff would keep me out of the air so much. It was fun though. To see you and Purusha in the tunnel together was great! Dom

live from the Bombshelter! I see Girlfalldown looking lovely and worn out from the day. The tunnel time we booked for the Boogie went very well. 7 full hours of .commers causing problems! Everyone head a great time and I hope came away a better flyer. Thanks to all of you that participated. I actually think we recutied a few more addicts! IF you guys could have seen Duece smile and smile after his first session. I was a bit worried since thiws is the first time I ever put one of these things together.I wanted to make sure everybody came away with a positive experience. After seeing him when he got out I knew it was all gonna be ok! Thanks Duece you made my day and didn't even know it! If we bug Viking and some of the others that had cameras we can see some of the crazyiness going on on in there! Dom

I always took that to mean he saw her halo just hanging around, like she didn't wearing it anymore. Like he was seeing that she wasn't as sweet and innocent as he thought she was. Now he is wondering if he should take it and use it like she did. Dom

The on-site tunnel is already changing everything! The one thing that is going to slow us done a bit is the search for a 4th. I have some calls out and hopefully we will find the right one quick. The guy we where training with last weekend is not going to be a part of the team. he couldn't spend the time we needed from him. Wants to travel this summer and we need him here of course. Oh well the search goes on. I know what you mean. But this year is going to be fun for me. As long as they keep from getting inflated egos an make sure they can still fit into there helmets at the end of the day they will do steller. My main consern for them is not how good of skydivers they will become. It is in there awarness and canopy skills. Neither has shown to much of a tendency to do stupid things. I know one of them is probably reading this right now. Steve I am proud of you and Justin so far! Keep it up! Dom

I am flying the same slot as you are. This is a hard thing for me as well and is getting better. The other two commited guys on my team have 150 and 120 jumps, but they rock in the tunnel. My issue is keeping my self slowed down. It doesn't show on video but I fight it on every point. The team can only fly as fast as the slowest flyer. Stop drills have helped me a bit and we will continue to use them. Very good for getting a rythm as a team as well. Everybody on and everybody off at the same time. Sounds a lot easier then it is for sure. Communications is and will be our strong point. I was lucky enough to get these guys when they both had less then 100 jumps and had not learned a lot of bad habits. One thing that has helped these two is that they have been preached to since day one about eye contact. The way these maintain eye contact is crazy! Funny to hear a guy with just over 100 jumps telling a senior jumper that they need more eyes from! Gotta love it! We have all spent a lot of time in the tunnel as two and three ways, but last weekend we finally flew some 4 ways together (with a guy that was trying out) in the tunnel. Things went pretty well. B.C. told us to stick to stop drills all day, but I couldn't resist the blocks (6-a-j). They all did really well. Went out and did the same dive in the air. Very good results (10 points in time). We just need to find a 4th an get down to serious training. Dom

Lisa they even sell little potty training mats for dogs now as well. Set one by the door and show it to her. It has some odor on it that makes them want to pee and poo on it. After she gets used to that you move it just ouside the door and she willknow it is their and start scratching for it. Worked on my Jack Russell after I moved and he started going in the house. Smart dog but he got a bit confused when I moved. Dom

Wow Lisa! I had almost the exact same thing happen to me last night. Went to the bathroom and opened up the window ,(needed the fresh air). After I was done I left the window open (it doesn't havce a screen). Woke up this morning and wondered why I had such a good night sleep. Then I noticed that I wasn't tripping over my cat every three feet. He had climbed out the window! Wlaked about a bit this morning calling him and after abuot a half hour, he finally poked his head out from under my trailer all covered in cobwebs. He looked like he had just had a great time. I don't let him out because of the Coyotes around at night and the cats keep missing around where I live. So I was a bit destressed until I found him. I think he was a bit happy to be back in the house as well. Dom
