    Hank Asciutto of ParaInnovators came up with something like that. He had a wedge of ballistic cloth sandwiched between 2 layers of 1000 denier Cordura. About 2 weeks later one of the Latin Skydivers almost went in with a “twisted belly band”. At about 500 feet he fired a TriCon reserve into the mess and almost pulled off a stand up. Any changes the manufactures make for safety jumpers will find a way to defeat it. Remember Booth’s 2nd. If you can continue to defend Aviacom after reading the third party reports and the accusatory crap post by representatives of Aviacom then you are in denial. If you believe every major harness/container manufacture, the British Parachute Association, the Australian Parachute Federation, the New Zealand Parachute Industry Association, the Dutch Parachute Association and the International Parachute Association/FAI entered into a conspiracy with PIA to do evil deeds to Aviacom you are living in La La land. Aviacom has had problems since 2006 and in each case they would point the finger at someone else. As a result they have lost all credibility in the industry. I would like to point out for the demo jumpers that are interested, THAT is why I always tell people to weight the leading edge of the flag and pad it.
