Nothing is absolute. You can still get hurt. But it's a game of averages. The helmet that provides the best protection gives you the best chance. Cooper hockey helmets were the in thing in the late 70’s. along with the ProTec. Even though I wore one the Cooper wasn’t worth a shit. The ProTec is probably the best protection of any skydiving helmet I have seen. I had long conversations with both Strong and the USPA under my own name before my Gf's sister got involved (after the DZ manager informed her of the grab, not me.) After reading the complete thread and asking some other sources I have I call “Bull Shit”. The story I am getting is that you were a winey little shit that had trouble doing your job as a video flyer and were let go.
