    Jan, If you remember, you are the one that called people not agreeing with your point of view "dense". Why should it make any difference at all to you if people wish to discuss what happened to them on the "Incidents" forum. They may be able to learn something and someone else can learn from what happened to them. To you a malfunction is not an incident, to others it is. No big deal, its just a word.     Not true, any bungy pilotchute that will not inflate during C&P speeds is not made right. I do C&P's at demos all the time with out any problem. Some are from a Wilga which flies jump run at 65 mph. I build my own and have run several tests on them. They open at 40/42 mph on a steady pull and 33/35 on snatch pull.     The difference being the main was ZP. The coating on the material will cause it to as you say "stay in brick form". Not a problem on a reserve made from F-111 type material.     If you weight 220 without gear, please do not jump the Cirrus reserve. It has a poor aspect ratio and flares for shit. You will not be a happy camper. FYI Para-Gear publishes it pack volume as 503 cu. in. Sparky My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

" You not only put you life in harms way, but the people you are jumping with. On top of that you are putting the pilots lic. in jepardy. "Dumb", is the only word that comes to mind.
