    Yes, it's exactly the same, and people are entitled to their opinions as am I. You don't want to agree with my opinion, that's fine. There are many times when doing a stunt, when the story board requires you not wear any protective equipment that will show up on the film. You may think that is "stupid" but that is the way some people make their living. A few years back a stunt man named Dar Robinson died doing a bike gig and he was wearing a helmet. You may say he was smarter than Larry but he is just a dead. Doing stunts is dangerous, but so is skydiving.     Chuck, I use a version of the flop pack on a Sharpchuter and have had good results for several years and over 1500 jumps with it. I lay it flat, fold the nose over to the "A" lines. Then fold the "A" lines over to the "B" lines. Fold the "D" lines over to the "C" lines and quarter the tail down toward the rig. Now set the brakes and bring the slider up to the stops and between the stabilizers. Fold the "D"/"C" line stack in to the middle and then fold the "A"/"B" line stack over that. "S" fold and place in bag. I have used it on a varity of Lo-Po 7 cells over the years and has always worked. Sparky PS: If you know a good rigger, he can help you with this.     Unless you are boarding an aircraft or are already on one, your gear is personal property and the FAA has no authority to check it any more than they would have the authority to go through you back pack.     TSO-C23c was superseded by TSO-C23d on 6/1/94. TSO-C23d requires testing to the standards of 8015-B and is the first TSO to address testing of tandems.     It was a perfect analogy unless of course the person asking the question doesn't understand the difference between a 7 cell and a 9 cell! True, definitely true....but most of those asking about 21 vs. 27 cells should already know about those things before getting interested in a canopy like that. And how are they going to know about such things if they don't ask questions. Did you come into skydiving knowing all the things you know now?     It is called common sense. And I would say they flunked the test. Luck will only go so far. If they had landed in a field off away from people I would say big deal, stupid but no big deal. These clowns landed in a congested area and put other people in danger. Read the incident reports for the last few years, "pulling it off" once does not mean they were "good enough".
