I know of one hospital that only dispenses the Loftstrand crutches instead of axillary ones. Seems to work just fine. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

They're called Loftstrand Crutches or "Canadian Crutches". Or....she can use a walker! Or, get this, if the injury is below the knee they have This Little Doohicky for her....

Thanks for lunch today and the jumps on other weekends, my dear friend. Still working on your 'easy' freefly exit and am improving. Still not perfect but at least not exploding apart like before...

And don't forget the numbnut crowd who -purposely- vote for the worst, just to see them stay in the competition. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Heard of the Skydog Skydiving Club when in Snohomish WA from the Seattle Skydivers there. Never met Hutch, but knew he started the whole mess of "The first word in funnel is fun" stuff. I remember my initiation jump into the club and stil hold my card. SD #626. Thanks Hutch for making a then newbie feel welcomed and loved. Still have my Skydog Skydiving mug and t-shirt. "Wuffo?" "Becuzican!" Cool guy. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Video's kind of crapy, but if you look at it I'm thinking I see measurements of about 1 1/2 inches x 3 inches.... http://www.pe.com/localnews/perris/stories/PE_News_Local_D_plane16.1db2665.html ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon -

Watching with Merlot and chocolate in hand.... Wanted to cheer Jennifer Hudson on her win. So happy she was finally recognized. Wonder what Simon will have to say about it on Tuesday... ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

We used to ride the Ontario Motor Speedway every year for our annual bike-a-thon. Goal was 50 miles each with sponsorship from family and friends for every mile ridden (like 10 cents/mile = $5 each). It was a safe place for 1,000+ kids to ride, plus a known length. You rode around and got your card punched every lap you took. For some of us it took all day long. Others were faster and rode 100 miles in the same time period. But what the heck, I had a 1 speed bicycle and the will not to quit. Ah memories. And like many other things that track is no longer. Got sold and torn down in the 80's. Still wonder where all that money we raised went to every year.... A little more fascinating history on the OMS track: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ontario_Motor_Speedway ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

We could start a whole 'nother thread about this one, but why is it that they say it's only the British who steal the signs? ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

To add to the excellent posts above, just let me add that student and rental gear is almost always uncomfortable. It isn't sized for you and is large and bulky. I used to get huge bruises on my inner thigh as well when I jumped the school's gear. Fast forward to my own first gear. Still used, but sized for me and not as large. Never a problem after that.

Recommendation: When you do this I suggest you go to the bathroom, close the door, put the toilet seat down, and close all windows and drains. When you pull the cutaway system the spring and all the lovely components may fly all over the place. It'd be great to find them again, right? ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
