Glad I still have it on the card. 1/750 at f 4.0 Question: Does the Canon software keep those values when you download the pics? -I haven't downloaded or used it. Don't know about the Canon software (don't use it), but the Mac's iPhoto does a nice shot value specs with every picture (that is if you use a Canon lens that syncs with the camera....my new manual 20mm doesn't, but that's ok). ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

We had a skit we used to play for the kids at summer camp that was spun around that song. Ah, the innocent memories! Thanks for the smiles. Those were the days... ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Perhaps he's now pennyless (after his divorce) and believed that the only warm/dry place he could secure was a prison cell. There -are- people who do this, just to have a place to live and food to eat. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Alot has to do with the cost of living where people are. Compare quade in the LA area (very high cost of living) and Michigan. One way to compare cost of living is to just look at the price of milk and bread in a particular city. It really -does- equate to cost of living ratio. Where I live (Southern CA) bread is about $3/loaf and milk $2.75. And I'm not in LA (2 hours out and a lower cost than quade's). (wonder what Hawaii is nowadays...use to be 2-3 times that). ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Thanks for the link. Glad it doesn't happen very often. Guess take-off really is the most scary part of it all, huh? ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

http://www.boston.com/dailynews/086/nation/Navy_F_18_crashes_at_Raleigh_D:.shtml "The pilot ejected before the plane left the ground about 1,700 feet down the 7,500-foot runway, she said." Yikes!!! How often does -this- happen?! ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Then please consider the risk -others- are having to agree to, having you strap a camera to your head. It's not just about you. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

The way to get digital stills to your customers.

Cool device, JP. We've been putting the digital stills on their DVD, as a slide show. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon -
Amen! I've seen so many different outcomes with ACL surgeries. It all depends on what type of procedure is used, plus the skill of the surgeon. I had 2 friends blow out their knee within 30 minutes of each other one sunday (both bad landings). One was a physical therapist herself, and younger...but she had the patellar tendon procedure done (not sure WHY) and blew her knee out again within a year (she also got back in the air too soon after the surgery too). The other friend was older, but had a hamstring tendon advancement done. She did her P.T. religiously, her home program of exercises, and didn't jump or run for 6 months. Her knee is tight and solid! Her recovery complete. 100%. Two different doctors. Two different procedures. Two different recoveries. Two different outcomes. Whatever is decided...DO NOT LET THEM USE YOUR PATELLAR TENDON! It is old school, doesn't last as long, and doesn't allow for 100% strength in recovery. Just my .02. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Did you have the patellar tendon graft or the hamstring tendon advancement done? 14 months seem like too long a period for either one. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Does it means that we can use a single element lens (just like the Diamond, X-Dream or Redeye) with the auto focus? I thought that what the thing that confuses the autofocus was the single element construction of the lens. Blue skies! The 'two mountains' set-up implies that he's already using the manual focus, as should be done. Yes, auto-focus doesn't let the camera know what to focus -on- unless the subject is up close and personal with you all of the time. It's something with the camera vs the Diamond .3 vs image stabilization, but I'll refer to our Perris JP for a more detailed explanation since he's the one who's researched it. Me, I jump a trusty TRV22.

Damn! Ouch! Wow, Mike!! (can you tell I'm at a loss for words here? ). Mike, heal fast and well. Lost of ice to the neck, and Aleve to bring down the inflammation. I'm sure Jen can supply the rest... ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

What kind of wide angle lens do you have on your camera? If it's the Diamond .3 on the pc100, I hear it has a very hard time with being zoomed and having the image stabilizer on at the same time. The camera can't interpret the information coming in correctly. The fix is (in this set-up) is to take the image stabilization and turn it off. Saw it first hand just today (thanks, JP!). :^) ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
