Heavens no, I hope not! There were SO many problems for my patients when she pushed through her last revision. 50% of my patients were shit out of luck. Of those who were left 50% were given 1/2 the therapy that they would have received before. And of that 50% that still qualified (at 50% of the time), it was paid at less than 50% of the previous rate. Do the math. Not only the patents were screwed, we were too. So many therapists lost their jobs and couldn't find work for a long time after that (myself included). The Universities had to educate their soon-to-be-grads that when they walked across the stage and collected their diplomas they would NOT have a job available for them. Luckily, after Hillarygate left office the cries of the people were heard and slowly things were repealed. Not that things are back to normal, but at least my clients have access to care and we, as practitioners, are given the right to progress them as appropriate. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Loved my Mustang GT. However, you're behind the times by more than a year. Now I have a GTS Eclipse. ltdiver Well, update your avatar pic! You should trade that thing for a Subaru STI! - Test drove the Suburu WRX but passed. I'd get in WAY too much trouble with it. As for the avatar. It's a tribute to a car that went through alot with me the 5 years I owned it. Oh, the stories it could tell! ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Yep. Twice. First 2 degrees on my parent's bill and my scholarships and part-time earnings. Second time (3rd degree) on my own, plus another scholarship. Looking for backing for a PhD now.

More people need to read that review, John. Thanks for posting it. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

In that case, may I suggest that you wait until you have at least 200 jumps before hooking a camera to your head? ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Does the APF have the same jump numbers for a C license as the USPA? 200? ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Have you tried to contact rylord and phatboy who are credited for those uploads? How about the webmaster? I had photos uploaded to a web site before (without notice or credit as well), contacted the webmaster and uploader, and they chose to remove the pictures. I had given them the option of just posting credit but they chose the former....removing them. I got an embarrassed apology from the webmaster. Silence from the uploader. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

I'm sure event pictures would be handled differently than a tandem/aff student's pics would. We hand the 35mm film to the student after the jump and they can do whatever they want with it. I have no problem doing this with a CD as well (thanks Deuce for the web link!). Event photos (prints), IMHO, would ideally first be available AT the event site (best sales are there when the emotions are high and memory fresh). Next, after the event, the prints can be available on a web site like Shutterfly. NEVER give out your CD from paid, actual events. I know one accomplished cameraflyer who charges $60 (plus slot) to go up with a paying customer with his digital set-up. This buys his time and expertise...plus 2 (two) 8x10's of their choice printed right there. Other prints are extra. ALL his customers have come away very happy. His prints are AWESOME. Just a few suggestions on how some have worked with digital.... ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Where did you go pee? And did you pee on a 45 degree angle? Ah...! So is THIS where they guys got the exit 45 degree angle in skydiving from? ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Damn! I must be starting to suffer from the feared Presbyopia! That print is so tiny I can't even read it! ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

A 4.5? Pshaw....that's just a bit of a rock-n-roll. Not enough to wake any native Californian up. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Hope you don't mind, Jim, but I'm posting your home web page here. The link to the legcam video on this thread doesn't seem to work. It does work from your web site....scroll to the bottom folks. http://visualcollector.com/Pathfinder/VideoDDAY.htm Thanks for providing these pictures/videos. Truly an awesome sight. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

This isn't a bad plan. There are, the last time I counted, 38 different A-slot exits in 4-way. I'm not a rocket scientist, but I don't think it takes one to realize there just ain't no way to practice all of those plus the mirrors and b-slots in 15 jumps. Not only that, but you only have 35 seconds to work with to begin with so a funnel, even a minor one can easily blow up to a third of the time. A simple, nearly bombproof exit and transition makes a lot of sense for a newbie team forming in the middle of the season. Just don't make a habit of it for any longer than required. You have an uncanny knack for pointing out the obvious, quade. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

It's a Pink 'Teddy Bear' they told the kids!! Oh good grief!

Uh, no. It's a web site called "The Spoof". Is it also your birthday? Dan at manifest said it was. Of course, quade. Just a way of breaking down a hot and busy day...ya know...relax and shoot the bull. The photoshopped picture added to the spoof. But why have a skydiver do it? Are we making 'main stream' now? Oh, and yeah...it WAS my birthday! Where's my spanking? ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon -

Didn't know if this should be listed in the 'Incident reports'....or perhaps the 'Women's Forum'. But hell, let's post if for all to see. Did a skydiver actually do THIS. Oh good grief! ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon -
Didn't read -how- you injured your knee. Did I miss that info somewhere? Most meniscus injuries are caused with a person planting their foot on the ground and twisting. Most, but not all, meniscus injuries are symptomatic in that your knee locks and you have to do all kinds of weird contorting to get it to unlock again. Are you having this? ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Interesting. I've had 2 Conceptus tongue switches and never had a problem with either one of them. However, just last weekend....first jump (the one I showed you tonight) the switch stuck after opening. I could hear the pictures being clicked off and nothing I did would stop it. Disappointingly, I heard the roll finish and it rewind...while still under canopy. I never thought of sucking on the switch. IF it ever happens again I'll try that approach. Still don't know why the switch malfunctioned. I used it on the next two jumps (tandems again) and it functioned just fine. Hmmmmm...... ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

I was searching for the entire study conducted by Bruce Ogilvie, professor emeritus of psychology at San Jose State University. I at least found the abstract included in this web site. Scroll about 3/4 way down the page. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Very nice pictures, Bill! Did you and Amy happen to bump into Shirley and her b/f while up there? I just learned today that they're up in his stomping grounds jumping as well!
