In the server room, nice AC so you don't over heat and with the overhead lights out the server lights cast a nice glow. Fly it like you stole it!

You know I miss the 4 feet of snow on the ground at christmas. I remember having so much fun as a kid on my grandparents farm building snow forts and such. Ok, I feel old now. Fly it like you stole it!

Skydiver lost everying in fire Christmas Eve

About 5 years ago I when I 1st got renters insurance I didn't think I had anything worth insuring, but a rash of break ins in the area made me decide to get it anyway. After spending 2 days cataloging what everything in my house was worth it was something like $30,000. Imagine having to replace all your clothes, dishes, pots, pans, computer, bike, furniture, and such. Now every year I take a day and do a walk through of my house to add anything I have bought, upgraded, or received in the last year and having my insurance adjusted accordingly. Renters insurance is cheap, I pay something like $15 per month and pretty much everything in my house is covered. Fly it like you stole it! -
I'm so glad your family is ok, and nothing more is wrong than some bruising. I totally beleive in guardian angels. Hooknswoop would be dead by now if it was for them. That's not a joke either I know of 3 different events that should have killed him. Now the joke we do have is that his guardian angel is chain smoking, drinking triple lattes and composing her resignation letter. Fly it like you stole it!

Hey girl, I'm 5'1 and jump an Mirage MXS for the same reason renee jumps the micron, short backpad. As for gloves I discovered these sweet fleece gloves that come in womens extra small from black diamond. They block the wind and are nice and warm with a leather palm. I put a few jumps on them before I decided to take some time off from jumping. http://www.rei.com/online/store/ProductDisplay?storeId=8000&catalogId=40000008000&productId=47661355&parent_category_rn=4501813&vcat=REI_SEARCH Oh and I'm only taking some time off from the sport to do other sports. I'll be back, I've been itching to jump pretty badly here lately. Fly it like you stole it!

Why yes, yes I would. I just set up my wireless router the other night and can surf as fast from my couch as from my desk now. Fly it like you stole it!

Amen brother.... I have 2 presentation to write and I'm seriously thinking I could work better sitting at home on my couch than here in this office. Fly it like you stole it!

It works a lot better if they have something they are really into, such as biking, climbing, dancing, or whatever. It's when they have to sit at home and not get to spend time with you on weekend that issues arrise. Fly it like you stole it!

Rosa I wear a small UA and have the cold gear mock turtle neck, and well with your curves you would need a medium or larger cause the small is VERY tight. I agree that the neck is tight also, but after the first 15 minutes I don't notice it and I definately don't notice it when I'm climbing or snowboarding. About 2 years ago I got some great polartec fleece REI pullovers and pants,I think these are the same but just in different colors. Although I can't seem to find the bottoms that go with them. http://www.rei.com/online/store/ProductDisplay?storeId=8000&catalogId=40000008000&productId=14112962&parent_category_rn=10062720& Fly it like you stole it!

I agree with Kris on this. I'm also a very small jumper 125 exit weight, and the jump from the 200 sq ft range to the 150 range is HUGE. The problem is on the 200 sq ft canopies you never really learned how to fly a canopy, because other than pointing it into the wind there isn't much you could do with it. So you will need to jump something in the 150 range that is forgiving so you can learn how to do things such as flat turns, flare turns, front riser turns, and such. From there you should be able to decide for yourself where you canopy skills are at. Either way be sure you just some canopies inbetween the 200 sq ft and the 150 such as 190 and 170 range to make the transition into the 150 easier. Fly it like you stole it!

As the saying goes...."Cotton kills". Make sure your base layer is wicking and not cotton. Cotton absorbs sweat and moisture which ends up making you even colder, a good base layer is something like the following from REI. http://www.rei.com/product/47687028.htm?vcat=REI_SSHP_WOMENS_CLOTHING_TOC http://www.rei.com/product/47687026.htm?vcat=REI_SSHP_WOMENS_CLOTHING_TOC Little higher end but highly recommend for cold weather activities such as snowshoeing, hiking, skiing is smartwool. http://www.rei.com/product/47811348.htm?vcat=REI_SSHP_WOMENS_CLOTHING_TOC Fly it like you stole it!

Actually I've been seeing more and more of them at the resorts, including hauling meat. As for the not being able to snowboard in the backcountry, I'm finding it hard to believe since I work with 4 guys who go backcountry hiking and boarding every weekend. True you have to walk more, but the end result is the same, fresh untouched powder in extreme locations with no tourists. A boarder can do anything a skier can do and a skier can do anything a boarder can do, it just depends on the amount of time and dedication each is willing to put into the sport. Personally, I’ll never be able to ski due to knee problems but some of the attitudes that have come out in this thread have really turned me off to even getting to know some of you let alone ride with you. I call them pylons Fly it like you stole it!

How about the skiers that get to a really steep blue or black section then stand tip to tail blocking the whole trail as the try to figure out how to get down. So far this year looks to have more new/tourist skiers on the mountain than previous years, which makes things quite exciting when they loose control trying to do a jump or just going to fast for conditions. Hmmm...this debate kind of sounds like the freeflier/RW or MTN Bike/Road Bike debates. Anyway I only snowboard, but I want to try out those little ski skate things Fly it like you stole it!

Hey I'll admit it, appearance will get you noticed, but it's the personality that will get you a 1st date. Fly it like you stole it!

Psst...come to Colorado. Fly it like you stole it!

Yes Please!!! I'll send you my address and shipping money!!! We're going to Kirkwood. Going to Heavenly was priced completely unreasonable. Due to having vail resorts colorado season passes we get discounted tickets at heavenly otherwise we probably wouldn't go there either. Fly it like you stole it!

Very Nice!! We are thinking of hitting Heavenly in Tahoe when we drive out to see Derek's Mom in January. btw....since you are my size, do you need to borrow snow pants and jacket? Come to think of it, you guys should have come to CO, I have 2 of everything, you wouldn't have to rent a thing. Fly it like you stole it!

Where are you going to ride at? Fly it like you stole it!

15 + 3 floating holidays I'm carrying over 15 days this year into next year, so I'll have 30 vacation days next year + 3 floating holidays. Plus normal US holidays (4th of July, thanksgiving, x-mas, ect.) which come out to 9 days, although some years they give us an extra day or 2 during christmas week. As for sick days since I'm on salary, it's up to manager discretion how many you can take. Fly it like you stole it!
-
Well we will actually be snowboarding X-mas day rather than skydiving. It's one of the few days during the holiday season when the slopes are fairly empty. Fly it like you stole it!
