I loooove night jumps. I've only done two... but my first night jump was on the first night jump load EVER done by a PAC750. second one wasn't "technically" a night jump, but we couldn't even see the sun at altitude anymore. But it was a demo into a football field so it was at least lit up. However, they didn't tell us there would be another lit up football field about a mile away. We almost jumped into the wrong game Thank god for ground crew on radio, saying "You're on jump run? I only see one plane and its like a mile away!" MB 3528, RB 1182

also I started a petition to keep that dirty 737 out of my area. when I buy land next to an airport, I expect quiet, noise-free days and nights. Also I filed a complaint with the FAA... how dare you try to do a skydiving operation at an airport!!! that means I might have to share my airspace!!! no way I'm sharing!!! MB 3528, RB 1182

I wish the DZs I'm refering to could do that. But remember that all kansas DZs aren't like the current fighting ones. The central kansas DZs get along just fine. They come to our boogies, and we go to theirs. In fact last summer, 5 kansas DZs got together and had a big cessna boogie that had a lot of attendance. big cessna formation loads = fun. skymama... shhhhhhhhh I WAS trying to get an unbiased poll, without people from the DZs in question responding with attacks on each other MB 3528, RB 1182

Ok hypothetical situation: DZ number 1 has a very large boogie for the first time. A second DZ (in the general area) gets worried about the amount of people going to this boogie. They create a boogie of their own SOLELY to keep people from going to the first DZ's boogie. lets say hypothetically that the first and second DZ's boogies are going to be the same aircraft, same prices, etc. Should the second DZ have a boogie thats only purpose is to keep people away from the first DZ's boogie? (since this is a hypothetical situation, no hateful replies from one-post trolls please) MB 3528, RB 1182

At couch freaks a couple years ago, I did a 3 way sit with some buddies. We get to the ground and discover that one of them is missing his car keys. After making fun of him for awhile, I discover I lost my wallet luckily I had my $200 of jump tickets not in my wallet, but I still lost all my credit cards, cash, IDs, etc. But he suffered worse... his mom had to drive 12 hours roundtrip to give him a spare set of keys to his car. And here is Keith's words, which he will now eat (bold added by me): NOPE it's your fault. You knew the consequences of drinking too much and to chose to do it anyway. It's the same thing with getting a woman pregnant. Men know the consequences of having unprotected sex and choose to do it anyway. You are the only one who can control Your actions. yeah I was really "making shit up" huh? think before you post MB 3528, RB 1182

I totally agree. its both's fault, and both of them have responsibility. and unfortionately, there tends to be a lot of deadbeat dads. so the woman usually has to take a lot more of the responibility. MB 3528, RB 1182
-
I don't think the man should shirk his responsibility... but its not ALL his fault. You were saying its the guys fault she got pregnant... thats wrong. its BOTH their faults. both need to take responsibility. that simple. MB 3528, RB 1182

now that would be relatively safe right? I'm being totally serious. It would elimanate the PC bounching around in the burble, and possibly catching on stuff. MB 3528, RB 1182 -
You're right! Men can't think for themselves, they need women to do it for them. Oh and women can't think for themselves either apparently, they need men to put on the condom. they have NO say in birth control [/sarcasm] and of course the woman is absolved of all responsibility is what you're telling me? BS! MB 3528, RB 1182

and of course the woman had NOTHING to do with getting pregnant huh? birth control is a two-way street. I hate all this talk on here about "guys get girls pregnant". NOPE... guys and girls get pregnant together. If the man doesn't wear a condom, the woman still has DOZENS of options for birth control... or she can just tell him, no condom, no sex. That law will never pass... but I think it does raise a very good discussion. two people fuck each other... ones a man, and ones a woman. They both can use birth control, or tell the other partner to use birth control. if she gets pregnant, then suddenly the man loses all rights and say in the pregnanacy. She can decide to abort or not, or adopt, or keep the kid. All he can do is wait for her decision, and if she keeps it and wants money, he has to pay. of course, he doesn't have to go through the pain of pregnancy, but is that worth $500 a month for 18 years? the community picked an interesting person to represent them on the forums. nothing like an anonymous insulting troll telling us what EVERYONE in this town wants and needs. MB 3528, RB 1182

that insurance does not exist!!!! imagine if the city suddenly told the general aviation people that you all needed a 10 Billion Dollar insurance policy because of 9/11. No such insurance exists. I'm sure you would put your plane in storage and never fly again right? oh and you wouldn't complain about the city's new law right? MB 3528, RB 1182
