    HI Dave, I'm going to agree with chop-chop on this one. What your looking at is a auto body/muffler type rig. I would be concerned about penetration issues on something I'd be pulling behind a truck. For what you want to do you need to find a deal on a light industrial machine. Find someone that spent a grand on a machine they bought to build trailers and bumpers and are looking to sell because they no longer use it. Buying used is usually ok with welding equipment, think auction. BTW flux core is mostly used on structural steel, prosity is really not an issue with those guys. Also any DC stick rig will run Tig and look a hell of a lot nicer too. Just my 2 cents. blue skies Jerry

    I use the FX, it was about 100$ cheaper than the pro track. I bought it because it's shape allows it to fit perfectly in the ear piece of my pro-teck helmet. It hasn't quite been a year and I'm still on the first battery. It gives me my exit alti, opening alti, speed, and time in free fall and has three programmable alarms and a bunch of other things I don't use. It just depends on what you are looking for in and alti, BTW isn't the neptune made by skytronic also? blues jerry

    I just watched a Howard Dean interview on Fox News. I think the guy has a good point, why make guns ,god ,gays and abortions a focus of your campain because people will always be divided on these topics. Instead focus on health care, education and economics some areas that this country desperately needs some leadership. I like this guy I just might vote for him.
