Military colleagues say Kerry unfit to be Commander-in-Chief
Ron replied to panzwami's topic in Speakers Corner
Uh no, I believe Kerry himself when he testified about commiting war crimes...Of course he then said he never did any, only saw them... And he does try to be a "Common Man" that can relate to the people and him having several multi million dollar homes are facts. Is there anything taht Bush does that you can admit is good? Or is your hatred so great? "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334 -
Job growth strong .Wow, Bush really is messing up the economy huh?

Its an exageration of how some of you Kerry lovers (maybe not you, but others) are saying that its Bush's fault that some soldiers in Iraq are treating prisoners bad. If you can say he is responsable for some small event, he sure can be responsable for a turn for the best in the economy. Thats BS I have said several times on here if you can PROVE he knew about flase reasons to go into Iraq, or worse made them up...I'd ask for his head on a plate. All Im saying s if Bush haters can blame him for every bad thing under the sun, even when he tries to stop it....Then they should also give him credit for good things he tried to do. But you would never admit that he did any good. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334 -

There is plenty against Kerry..such as commiting War crimes. Flip flopping on issues and claiming he never did. The irony of him claiming to be a "common man" with 5 multi million dollar homes. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334 -

Well I fiqure if he is responsable, and must answer for the actions of a PFC putting a "Kick me" sign on the back of a kid in Iraq....I would have to venture that he has some resposability and should get some praise for the good stuff that he actually tried to do. And this is worse than lying to get a deferment, or performing war crimes? "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334 -
Flying to Nashville: 7HJ: Nashville Approach, this is Beech 7HJ 10 miles out for Nashville. Nash: Barron 7HJ, desend and maintain 3000 feet. 7HJ: Roger Little Rock, Beech 7HJ decending and maintaining 3000 feet. Nash: Barron 7HJ, this is NASHVILLE, Not Little Rock. 7HJ: Well Nashville you started it. Im in a BEECH not a Barron...You start calling me by name, and I'll start calling you by yours! I was a student pilot and just started soloing the C172. It has duel coms, and quite frankly while knew how to work them...It was not natural. Me: Charles Baker traffic, this is Cessna 3487J taking the active 36 for departure. Memphis Tower: Last calling Aircraft, this is Memphis Tower say call sign and intentions again. Me: Nope, sorry wrong airport gotta go. Aother story. My dad was a pilot as well. so when I was able to take him up it was a BIG deal to me. Well as luck would have it we had a great flight and as we came down to land I bumped up the RPM's about 300 to try and grease the landing like my instructor had told me...It worked great, the smoothest landing I have ever been in. I had to look at the tires and see them rolling to know I had touched down...I mean it was SMOOTH. My Dad looked down and was checking the tires just like I was. I was beaming with pride for doing such a great job. Dad: Wow that was a nice landing! Me: Yeah, it was nice. Dad: I bet you are as surprized as I am... I have done 20+ in one day a few times. Twice at Mullins Boogies. All packed by myself. I have done 15+ all packed by myself more times than I care to count. 10 a day self packed was my last teams plan. Most jumps in one mth 180. And not one student jump in there. http://money.cnn.com/2004/05/07/news/economy/jobless/index.htm http://money.cnn.com/2004/05/06/news/economy/jobless_claims/index.htm I would blame the problems of the past on the 9/11 attacks...But it now seems things are turning up. Partly due to a normal cycle, but..so much for the Dems claims that Bush's plan does not work huh? The Astra had some issues with fires...Not sure what they all were. Some liked the control unit being easy to get to, and some didn't. Some liked the fact that you can turn it off under canopy...But you also had to turn it of at the end of the day of you ran the battery down. There was no battery check on it...The batteries just died one day, and you replaced them. It never lived up to the hype. Yet you fail to show how Bush had anything to do about it. I listend to Bubba, and hell I liked him, but he was always pushing it...I was not surprized when he got fired...I don't like Stern, but from what I know, I am not surprized there either. Have you been spying on me? "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

Right then you sugest a test...And they say "You don't know what you are talking about. Yep and at those times I think its perfectly fine to point out that the difference between the guy with 100 jumps knowledge on the subject is much less than the guys with 1000,2000,3000 more jumps. I was told a 2.0 PPO was ok at rest..such as deco. Of course its been about 4 years since I did any staged deco time, and I could be way wrong. Maybe, but you also think he is responsable for every bad thing to happen..So I guess I can blame him for me getting drunk and sleeping with that ugly chick then huh? Good, I was regretting that one...Glad I can pin it on him. Let me guess..bush did this also? Last time I checked Bush didn't work for Clear Channel. Quade...you missed the point of how he seems to get blamed for every thing..Unless you also think he is to blame for the Jelly stain of '77? "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

No, but his inaction of dealing with OBL and Saddam DID contribute to the current situation. "If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice" Rush And I thought the whole "Gore won" crap was done also. Hint..He lost. Who cares...The system in place gave it to Bush...Thats the way the system has worked for longer than you or I have been alive. War is fucked up...people do stupid things...ask your buddy Kerry he admitted to commiting war crimes..Of course then he didn't...But the actions of some SGT in a WAR zone don't mean as much to me in the big picture as the most powerful man in the country lying about such a stupid small issue...If he will lie about that, he would most likley lie about something of importance. Thats the issue. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

Being logcal has no place in todays world...Its better to change the rules than expect people to work for what they want. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

Wow according to you Bush is the most powerful man ever!!! You must think he is reponsable for me dropping a peanut butter sandwhich on my Moms carpet when I was 5 also....Everything else he has done. UH, they did...Bubba the Love Sponge was fired the same week. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

For those who claim Kerry should have known the ROE in Vietnam.
Ron replied to PhillyKev's topic in Speakers Corner
Last time I checked...Kerry was not in KOREA. And the war crimes he talks about are more than "Freefire" zones...He mentions burning villages and cutting off ears. Of course he also said he never did any of that. Whats the sound of Kerrys political machine running? I assume you mean to buy a CYPRES. The CYPRES 2 has an issue with the readout and static...However it just makes the unit not show anything on the screen, not fire it. The new CYPRES 2's should all be fixed, but you never know. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

You really need to let the whole "bush stole the election" bullshit go. Recount after recount after recount after recount after recount he won. How hard is it to understand that he won? How hard is it to understand that Gore tried to throw out military ballots? I understand you are from Canada, but simple counting is something you should be able to do. Recount after recount after recount after recount Bush WON. It really is that simple. How hard is it for you to understand that Bush won fair and square. did you read my whole post? Cause Im thinking you didn't I repost it here for you...please try to read it. I still satnd by it...If its a stupid requirement get rid of it...But if they are getting rid of it just to give people a break so they don't have to learn a skill thats stupid as hell. Well if they want to be cops then they DO NEED it now don't they? ????? didn't have access to a pool???? I can list about a dozen pools I can use right now. Thats a really lame excuse. Like I said read my WHOLE post next time...Hell it was even a short one. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

Agreed. This bill says nothing about "qualified canidates" Any illegal immigrant with any GPA above passing will benefit, while a hard working kid in the next state will not. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
