Why would anyone want a dog? Why would anyone want a Poodle? Why would anyone want a pet? A Pit is a very loyal breed. They also look very cool. A well raised Pit is no dangerous than any other breed. Problem is people don't raise them...They "own" them. And when they do attack yes, they are strong and do damage. However the media also plays it up...Just like they do gun violence. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

Problem with guns, though, is their ability to contribute to a hell of a lot more damage when Used. Its not the Dog, its how its raised. A friend has had several Pits and they were great dogs. (Excpet one thought he was a lap dog). The problem is they are seen in some circles as status symbols and they are not pets, but possesions. Any animal that has agressive traits encouraged will become agressive and be dangerous. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

Does that mean we should not give any aid to other countries? I mean minding our own business and all. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

It will not effect AQ at all. The majority of those fighting the Us don't read the papers, and those that do will not share that information, or will distort it. The US will help, like it always has. Then the world will bitch about how the US could have done more even when they did more than anyone else. The World will bitch about how the US could have done it better... Basicly the world will bitch about the US as normal just like always. Edit to add: So the US gave 15.8 Billion last year. And that does not include any donations by private people. Japan was second, but a FAR second with 6.9 Billion behind. And still people bitch about the US. Also for all of those that hate the US and Bush "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

I agree 100%. However, I don't know of any test to measure maturity. I know guys that are 40 that are WAY less immature than some 25 yo's. I met a 20 yo yesturday that amazed me at how mature they seemed. Yep 100% With that attitude you might be wrong. It is hard to put yourself into a position like that and it takes time to get used to it.....I used to do a lot of coaching,a nd it took some time to be comfertable getting paid for it....Even today I do more free coaching than I get paid. Get a rating and see how it feels. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

Should we help? Yes. Should we allow some jackass in the UN to decide how much is enough? Nope. I find it funny that the European Union has only offered 30 Million and the US has already offered 35 Million. Canada only One Million? And these same countries slam us every chance they get. And a question to those who think we should give so much more.... What if the choice was body armor, or helping out? We should help out, since we can. But how many countries have we thrown money at over the years only to have our gererosity ignored after the checks are cashed? So the US, seen as a deep pocket country, will continue to help out as best we can...And while we do it, we will get slammed for it not being enough (Even though it is more than anyone else) and our generosity will be ignored as it always is. Oh bad me and good professor. You still never answered one of my questions. You ignore proof that proves you wrong. This is done for me...No point in trying to provide proof if you are just going to ignore. The only option is if you choose to say Swear or Affirm. Only ONE president to my knowledge has chosen to Affirm. He also did not say "So help me God" which was not required, but was started by Washington. Also to my knowledge only one has not kissed the Bible after taking the oath. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

Wrong he said the founding Fathers were not Christain...And he was wrong. I also said I was not a Christain...And my sister was. Go fish. As for my next post: Was in response tou you saying they wanted the Government to be secular...Just because you may WANT it to be secular does not mean it was not based on certain principals. I did not see it as assasination. You however seem to be fine with taking someones work and saying its your own, then trying to blame me when you get caught. Says tons about your level of character, so this is done. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

No offense, but I have jumped both and much prefer the step throughs over the b-12's. BTW when I say I have jumped them, I have around 800-1000 jumps on B-12's, not a few. My Demo rig had them. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

Sean Gregory (sdgregory on here) had one of the best posts about the definitions of love I have ever read. Instead of butchering it I'll just copy and paste it: Love is an emotion, you can't "fall" into it. There are many types of love... There are people I love that I am not attracted to, and people I am attracted to that I don't love. There are people I would fight to defend, but am not attracted to. Gee, why do you think they do that as part of the inuguration? And where did I say Christianity? I said Religion. I can show you several places where a diety is mentioned...The best you can do is some Treaty that was written by a guy that mentioned CHRISTIANITY by name when he was sworn in. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

And swearing on the Bible when you take the oath of office is what? And the same Adams also mentioned CHRISTIANITY BY NAME when he swore (On the Bible) during his speach at the inuguration. Almost every president has read a passage from the Bible after taking the oath of office. Most have kissed the Bible after taking the oath. No my posts are saying the the US was founded on Religious principals. Its just really convienant that the same guy you say wrote a treaty in which he claims the US in not a Christain Religion happend to mention CHRISTIANITY BY NAME when he took the oath of office. You are making Adams look like a flip flopper like Kerry. BTW thats a line in the Hitchhickers guide to the Galaxy. You just can't admit you lost can you? "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

And that treaty was signed by a guy that when he took his oath of office swore on a Bible and kissed it. His speech on that day when he took over mentioned CHRISTIANITY and his reverence to it by name. Wow hows about them stereotypes? "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

Either will work....Either are safe. B-12's (the clicky type) are not used that much on sport rigs. Tandem rigs still use clips, and they work fine. Given a choice I'd go step through. Less failure points. But I have jumped both. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

I got: A gilt trip from my Mom for spending Christmas with a SO parents. A 12 foot Bull whip...YES! it looks cool, AND makes noise. A skydiver Xmas ornament....Of course I have not had a tree in 10+ years. I told my SO to not get me anything but instead pay off her credit card debt. I gave a watch to SO. http://www.seikousa.com/Product.aspx?productId=465 A Watch to my Brother.http://www.seikousa.com/Product.aspx?productId=70 Binoculars for my sisters Kid. Other stuff. Ah, not so...Remember the rules were largest formation....In the event of a tie number of points turned. All we need is a 2 point 21 way. But I say we go bigger and more points. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

And what about swearing on a BIBLE and kissing it? You never answered that one. And the question was Founded on Religious Beliefs. (Notice not Christanity by name) And the answer is ....Yes. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- That's not what you wrote here: I said That is what I wrote...don't add your spin to it. And Adams seems to say he puts some stock in Christiaity by name. He would know since he was there at the founding. And thats new how? The same could be said for the Liberals that don't open their doors to the poor. Or that claim they want to help, but vote against paying for it. Hypocrisy knows no bounds. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

Did you miss where I said yes?...It seems you have. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

Yes, the same. Bush was not there at the founding of the Nation, so it does not. Adams was and did. It does not, but you never answered why does the swearing in of the President happen on a BIBLE? And the question was Founded on Religious Beliefs. And the answer is ....Yes. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

See and I have tried to defuse the situation by offering to buy you dinner....I could have invaded, but that involves travel and I'm kinda busy. Yep. Except I don't think we tried to kill anyone....yet. So we may have motive, means, but we don't have intent yet.
