No. You can build ANY point in anyway that allows for all the correct grips. If that point is a block (and you are turning it) you can build it in any direction you want...But the inter MUST follow the directions. So in the case of turning the hammer Rem is correct. However since you do not turn the block you should be allowed to build the random in any manner you wish. Did you get your score sheets? They will show where the infringment is. For one, I like not having walls. It allows you to train blocks with catches by staging people outside the cone. Now walls are better for people who might fly out by accident, but not having them allows for some very good training opportunities. And while I have not been to Bedford, you have not been to Bragg. Any comparison by either of us is suspect. I can say this, Ft. Bragg makes the two SkyVenture tunnels I have been in seem like they are powered by box fans. Bragg is 12+ years old. I don't. As others have better stated a nuke is not an easy weapon to buy/build, maintain ect. I would think they would be woring on getting a the best and biggest bang they could get. While even a small bang with a nuke would cause panic, why waste it if you can take your time and make a really big boom? Also, If a group uses a nuke in ANY country imagine the shit strom that it would start. I would save my nuke for the biggest attack I could plan, and I would work to make sure it did the most damage I could. All hell will break loose and even many anti war folks will want them dead. No, I think that a single person should be allowed to own the weapons the Constitution says they should. The Second: "A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed. " That means that the weapons that a MILITIA would carry. Militia: An army composed of ordinary citizens rather than professional soldiers. A military force that is not part of a regular army and is subject to call for service in an emergency. The whole body of physically fit civilians eligible by law for military service. There is a difference between a Militia member and a the Army. So while correct on the "Arms" portion of your diatribe you missed the "Militia" part. You can only expect the document about how the government will run to consider the government first. However the BILL OF RIGHTS which was written two years AFTER the Constitution made no seperation on the second. On the other hand it EXPRESSLY mentions the Congress in the 1st. And by your thinking the 4th would not apply to a single person, only a Government. Amendment 10 also SPECIFICLY mentions who has what power.
