No you posted stats that say blacks tend to vote Dem. That does not mean that they will not vote for him based on being black. Remember, blacks normally have lower than normal voter turn out. It should be noted that the Postal Service has by law a monopoly that helps them. As for service...Since I work for one of the companies you mentioned I know its service level compared to the others and the Post office is not at the top of any list. Cheap? Yes.
